Great Prices and Great Customer Team!

I recently received my Nissan Altima from GO and it was a great experience! There was a slight delay in delivery but they explained to me that was because of manufacturer issues. They answered all my questions and sent me regular follow up emails on when to expect my car. It was great to be informed as much as I was and also know that I can trust this company. Not only did I receive my car but I also received my car from a great company! Also, I did some research before going to GO and the prices really are 30% cheaper! I went to multiple dealers and none had a price as cheap as GO for a brand new car! Cannot wait to tell my friends and family!

I am currently driving a vehicle with GO. i was very impressed with the process. It is very hard to lock in a car anywhere right now and GO made it very easy for me. The price is perfect and they even delivered it right to my front door! Thank you GO team for a great experience.

Exceptional Customer Service and Easy Application

I recently subscribed to a car with GO. I was a bit nervous since I had never done anything like this before and we so used to leasing but it was easy and smooth! The customer service team answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about trying something new!

After asking all my questions, I applied in less than 4 minutes and was approved! Two weeks later I received a call that my car will be delivered tomorrow! I am so excited to receive my car and can't wait to tell my friends and family about this amazing company!

Although I have not delivery as of yet due to obvious delays through the motor vehicle industry, I must I am quite satisfied with my customer service experience thus far. My representative Alexis has been extremely professional, prompt to answer and questions concerns, and very honest in the process. I’ve been working with her since my approval, which was a relief to work with one person primarily through the process. I’m anxious to get my vehicle and will be sure to provide additional information once the vehicle arrives. If you don’t mind the wait give DriveGo a chance and always do your due diligence and research of course!!

Terrible customer service, company not ready for primetime

Go was happy to take my money and my delivery fee and then deliver me a car with only 7 days left on its temporary registration. Then to tell me to use a rideshare program while they worked it out, even though no one can answer the question as to when it will be worked out. As of today the car cannot be driven due to expired registration. You can't speak by phone with anyone at the company and they respond to emails about half of the time. I highly, highly recommend you AVOID this business at all costs.

I received my car when they said I…

I received my car when they said I would which was great. However I picked up my vehicle and there was literally no gas in it. I drove a half mile and it ran out of gas. Response team was quick and offered to send road side assistance. Instead I had them reimburse me for the gas I got myself. I do already have an issue with the splash guard ripping out from under my vehicle and responses from the team have been slow. I’ve been waiting more than a day to figure out how they will resolve the issue with my car.

I am very happy with the car itself. I think being that they are a new company it seems there are kinks to work out.

Happy with my car!

I did a lot of searching as our teenage son wanted a car, but the market is so tight right now. So I was thinking of getting my wife a car subscription so my son can drive her old car. I was a little hesitant at first since I never heard of this company. I had little to lose since my wife already had a car and there is no downpayment of any sort. Our car was available in 3-4 weeks and we paid the first month's subscription cost (which includes taxes and insurance). We had only that much to lose, so figured let's try and see what happens. The car was delivered on time and the exact color/model we ordered. It was driven to the home rather than on a flatbed, which they explain on their website. I even added myself to the car so I can drive it sometimes.
Overall very happy with this company and the car. We will certainly be using this company going forward. Only negative is no app to check invoices and realtime mileage (without peeking at the odometer on the car). I am hoping this company will emerge a winner and wish the best of luck to them!

I was skeptical at first....

I was skeptical at first...

After placing my order and knowing it would be awhile before delivery (about 60 days), I knew a lot could go wrong. About 30 days before delivery I was offered a different vehicle due to supply chain issues. The vehicle offered was an upgrade and they honored their originally agreed price.

They have been responsive, honest, they've followed through on every commitment made and I've come to the conclusion that if all companies could behave like DriveGo, we would all be a lot happier out here in consumer-world.

Kudos to you, DriveGo. You have a satisfied customer here in Tampa, two months into our agreement.

We are so so Disappointed!!!

We are so, so Disappointed!!!
Payment was made & Car was to be delivered in February, THREE scheduled & Missed appointments later (without even a phone call) the car was delivered in April.
1st month we drove extra miles knowing we're going on vacation next month & the car will be parked.
Still, we got hit with $500+ over milage fee (including additional full month of insurance fee). Yes, they monitor your mileage in real time & charge for going over the milage...
This is BAD Business, and Bad deal!!
We're very Disappointed, and will be returning the car ASAP.

My mom ordered a car from…

My mom ordered a car from GoCarsubscription at the end of March. After a couple of weeks waiting, we were informed that they would not have that car as scheduled and it was unknown when they would have it in the future. They gave us the choice to cancel our order or choose a different car and get the early return fee and early exchange fee waived. We chose a different car. It was delivered yesterday and my mom is very happy! Go was very good about responding to texts and emails. Overall, especially taking into consideration the current car supply and demand situation, Go Subscription did a great job and we are very happy with them! Thank you Go Car Subscription!

I still haven’t received my car paid…

I still haven’t received my car paid for it months ago. They keep pushing everything back! They’re slow with updates! Don’t answer calls, slow with emailing back. Don’t offer further solution or include anything extra. They’ll make you pay for your insurance and won’t even send your car for months later.

Can you please send us your email so we can lookup your account? You are not being charged for the car or insurance until you receive it. The only thing paid is the first month's payment plus any security deposits (if applicable). Our team offers a full refund.

We don't like the delays either - we don't make money unless we get customers their car, so of course we want to do that as quickly and efficiently as possible. But, unfortunately, these are crazy times, and we are only as good as the information provided to us. Some parts to the equation are out of our control (e.g., production delays, shipping delays, DMV processing delays). We typically do offer other solutions to customers so please let me know if that was not the case here.

They are great until get your money!

It will be very long and detailed, please read and understand how they are taking care of you.

I ordered Black on Black Suburban on March 28th and my delivery window was April 18th to April 25th.

The first downside is their advertised insurance rates on the website. I am a safe driver with no ticket and no accident for my age group their rate is between $87.83 - $101.96, but they actually charge me $139.10 which is roughly $38 more than their highest side. It makes $1368 in 3 years not a small amount. I send them 2 emails and 1 chat talk about the issue but they said that system automatically creates the rates and cannot do anything about it. I see, if system give me the this rate you have to advertise your rates in that range, not less than it, so far first red flag and false advertisement.

Second downside about the color of the vehicle, they called me 3 weeks ago and said that they cannot deliver the color of my choice instead black on black they want to send me Satin Steel Metallic exterior and Gideon Very Dark Atmosphere. The exterior is not a big deal but interior color is very light gray, which I hate because it gets dirty easily. I said okay but can you deliver on the delivery window? And they said yes they will.

I do know all the downsides and supply problems because of that accept all their downsides until today.

In the meantime I try to chat with the company on the web about my delivery window and they said I have to email another team they do not have info. Sent them email and reply was everything ok delivery window still good. A week later sent them another email to check the status and reply was positive, still good.

After into the delivery window in first week another email to confirm the status and getting exact date and they said someone will call me and let me know when my turn is on.

In last week of delivery window I try to call them but auto-responder system said that the only way to get an info about delivery date is email.

So far on the phone or chat, until they get your first payment everyone answer all of your questions but after they get the money and put you on hold the only way to talk with them is email. What a responsive company isn't it?

We arrived to the last week of delivery window and none called all week again nor updates from the GO.

I sent another email on the last day of delivery window on 4/25, are you delivering today? They said that vehicle arrived to their hub but waiting for the licence plate, not today.

I said myself okay, so far just license plate maybe it takes a week.

Later than I got an email from GO,

"Hello,

There are, unfortunately, many moving parts, and we are at the mercy of 3rd party partners. Delays sometimes occur with the transportation companies getting the car to us, supply chain constraints affecting our manufacturing partners, and the state DMVs to get the vehicles titled and registered. We are experiencing issues gaining tags for your car which is the main hold up for delivery.

Your vehicles new ETA is now 5/16 to 5/30

Thank you for your patience."

The last day of my delivery! And the reason is DMV, and they put me 3 to 5 weeks forward again.

And did I tell you how many times I check with them and tell them if there is a problem let me know, and every single time they said that everything is okay, we will deliver your vehicle on the delivery window.

Please do not tell people lie, make up your mind and your workflow.

I am not ordering a dress or a pen. This is a $70K vehicle, I will pay you more than $1K a month for next 36 months and I will pay that money because I need that big vehicle.

You cannot push me forward with all that lies.

I offered them also if you cannot get the plate just send vehicle with the paper plate but they even did not respond my email.

Right now I do not have car, because my lease end on my other vehicle and trying to rent another car until they deliver my order and also don't know when they deliver my order.

Be careful when you pay them.

For sure 1 star!

Happy to setup a call to discuss in greater detail. We don't like the delays either - we don't make money unless we get customers their car, so of course we want to do that as quickly and efficiently as possible. But, unfortunately, these truly are crazy times, and we are only as good as the information provided to us. Some parts to the equation are out of our control (e.g., production delays, shipping delays, DMV processing delays). Part of how we save customers 20-30% per month is the use of a just in time model. So rather than having cars sit on a lot for a couple months, we do things just in time to reduce costs. But, in times like these, it can cause headaches for all involved. So, for the foreseeable future, we are buffering more time to ensure we can provide the most accurate information to our customers. None of this is your problem, but wanted to share. But we do need to make one thing very clear: GO does not lie to our customers. We provide up-to-date information to you as we receive it. This company is a joke

This company is a joke. This is a one man show company where it takes 5 DAYS to talk to someone on the phone. Customer service is pretty much non-existent and if you put a deposit on a car, you may never get your car. Terrible service, don’t waste your time with this company.

Definitely recommend GO car subscription

I had a great experience with team GO in Philadelphia. I subscribed to a car for 8 months. Getting the vehicle and delivery was excellent. I received the car at my doorsteps, got the keys, and started driving. There is no time wasted on going to the dealership, signing multiple papers, and looking for good insurance. All of that is taking care by GO team. During the subscription, you are charged the monthly fee and the customer service team is very responsive if you needed to contact the GO team. When I returned the car, it was a similar experience, it was even better than expected. There were no hidden fees, and the best thing was, I didn't have to sell any car or go through a lease-end process that is painful and costly.
I highly recommend GO car subscription and I would definitely be a customer once they start their service here in California.

Skip the dealer. Seriously.

I've never had a flawless dealer experience. Despite being an excellent customer regarding credit, upgrades and flexibility their "deals" always feel like a ripoff. The subscription angle of Go is like a loophole for buyers like me. Especially if you want a new vehicle, familiar with leases and are decisive. For the first time my credentials and style seemed to matter. This is the way I'll do it from now on.
