A clear and efficient service. Customer service team are quick to respond and help with any issues. I dealt with Thomas Priest who was very helpful and accommodating around our time to call.
Not the cheapest way to have a vehicle but the personal touch provided is why I use this service.

Pivotal works really well and delivers nearly new Range Rovers to customers. Customer care is strong, but needs to be as the underlying product can be unreliable, which is no fault of Pivotal. Greatly appreciate the regular contact when things are not working as they should.

I have been with Pivotal now for over 3 years. The service I have received has been outstanding.
The whole subscription service is so convenient, after joining the representative gives you a call with a choice of models and specification, If you have a certain car that you are after they go the extra mile and try and locate it for you.
Delivery is very professional and at the end of your term collection is just as easy.
