Well where do I even start!
Piviotal is an absolutely amazing service.
They have looked after me and my partner over this year especially, we have had a few cars with them.

It was something I joined ages ago, and didn't think I would ever use it. But the Christmas offer and the lovely car that turned up, really changed my mind. My only negative thing is the car won't charge on the main stream chargers, but will do at home. Also the limit on the miles, 1500 per month, is at least 300 to 500 per month too low. Otherwise, it's a thing of brilliance.

Was very impressed with the service from start to finish. I was assigned a car by the onboarding team and then got a call back a couple of days later as a better spec vehicle had become available which was a nice touch. Delivery was very easy. No issues during the 8 months that we had it.
I was a bit sceptical about the collection process and damage charges having seen some reviews on here but my collection was absolutely fine. We looked after the car and had it fully valeted before it was collected. We weren’t charged for anything so I guess if you look after it you will be fine. The collection agent works for JLR so there isn’t any incentive to find damages, unlike other lease cars that I have had previously.
Only minor comment is to give the delivery and collection drivers the customer phone number as we are a bit remote and it was a bit complicated getting messages to them.
Will definitely use you again.

From start to finish for multiple cars we have had from them (3) they have been amazing!
Especially Thomas, I can not thank him enough, he has been Amazing - he has been soo soo helpful- wether it be keeping hold of a car a little longer because of health issues, he did that!! He was on absolutely everything.
I honestly think he really does deserve the very best! But this last year he has been amazing with us, please please pass this review to him he will know I’m sure!

I really enjoyed the service provided by Pivotal.
Originally I wanted a Range Rover Velar but couldn't find a spec I liked. Toby, who was assisting me offered the Jaguar F Pace with a very high spec and even cheaper! The car looked great and was amazing to drive. Was a very slick service from pick-up to return.
I spend a lot of time overseas so it's a great solution for those who need access to car without the worry of organising insurance, tax and roadside assistance etc.
Just keep the car in good condition to keep them happy their end too as a thanks for such a great service they provide!

It’s an expensive option for sure, but it’s also convenient if you don’t want to or can’t commit to financing on a new JLR vehicle.
Over the 2 years I had a subscription I found Pivotal to be an outstanding company offering very personalised customer service and always available if you needed support.
Highly recommend company and hopefully I can use them again in the future

Been with pivotal just under two years now, and on my second vehicle.
Everything has been a great experience the service is excellent. Everything is arranged for you. You just wait for the car to be delivered to your door.
