Cannot negotiate price, rate. Terrible customer service.

This place you cannot negotiate the price. You are given a high rate of finance even your credit score is excellent and you cannot use outside banks to finance the car. I ended up going with their bank for a month and used my bank to refinance it with less than half of rate that they gave me. Their customer service is horrible. The guy sold me the car never returned my text and voice msg. I left 3 voice messages and it took them about a week to call me back. Oh by the way, they hold back one car key and charge you extra if you want the second key. Ridiculous.
