To everyone out there, please do not approach this company, you'll be disappointed

I have recently had my back garden done. After reading other reviews it's fair to say I am worried how long it will last. One flag already has a hole which just developed spontaneously.
They turned up on the day with their team as they call them. They drop of some none English speaking young lads to do the work while they do nothing actually. Fair do's to those guys they're hard workers. The boss The Son and The kid that should be at school mainly sit in the van playing on their phones.
They'll dissapear every so often to do other things. God knows what!!
My main issues with them are as follows.
You don't get a choice. They just show up with whatever I got grey 2x2 pavers which I didn't really want. I couldn't say anything as no English speaker available. I was really desperate for a hard surface as my garden was basically mud so went along with grey in the end.
Once the jobs completed you get told its cash only. What sort of reputable company does that?
You DON'T get a receipt and you won't get one no matter how many times you ring and request one. Something to hide going on here maybe? I do not recommend these people and advise anyone reading this to do the same.

Drives 4u had done several drives in my street which all looked OK. I contracted them at the end of January 2025 to lay a resin bonded aggregate on top of an existing concrete drive. The work was completed as it got dark by the light of their truck headlights and the next day we could see two small holes in the new surface. The work included cleaning block paving to an existing patio, resanding and applying a sealer. Access to the patio was not possible after the resin surface was laid and William promised to return and complete the sealant work. I paid him the full amount of his quotation. Despite repeated calls and text messages nobody has ever appeared to complete the work, it is now December. I would advise anyone using them to withhold payment until all work has been satisfactorily completed.

Put my trust in them and they let me down.
Drive looked great after completion guys worked nonstop the block cutting was fantastically done,
A few week later drive started to sink in parts due to poor base prep. I contacted them and surprisingly they came back no problem, 10 months on and same problem same area. But that ok ..its under a 5 year guarantee right (LOL) ive contacted William 3 times now and still waiting for them to come back 2 months on its clear he as no intentions of honouring that guarantee so its not worth the fancy paper its printed on. the guys full of s**t ...should of been a politician .
I WOULDN'T recommend now and advise you AVOID. go somewhere else.👎
I did try to claim a repair via "checkatrade" but was told this company isn't a member.. like they claim to be.
