They added 20mph to my actual speed
A recent trip stated I was speeding, allegedly do 62mph in a 50. Firstly my vehicle can't do 62 mph. Secondly my dashcam recorded my speed at 37 to 41 mph.
I have tried to communicate with them, with additional data, but they are not interested.

First time I've used drivescore for my insurance and honestly I will use them again , this year I have been able to renew my insurance and it was actually over £200 cheaper than my original quote with the insurance company I had been with upto renewing.

Reclassification now doesn’t work……
I’d like to give 2 1/2 stars really. App in the past has worked well. Now, if you are not the driver, although the option to reclassify the journey is there, you can’t actually change it, and therefore renders all your scores completely unrepresentative.

A good driving score has absolutely no impact on insurance quotes.
The recording of driving skills was quite helpful and I succeeded in reaching a very high score after using the app for several months. I was therefore looking forward to seeing the insurance quotes prior to renewing my policy, expecting them to reflect my score. In the event, the quotes were significantly higher than other comparison sites. Very unimpressed and I have uninstalled the app.

Excellent App, easy to use
Easy to use App with excellent details about my driving, along with tips on how to improve. Really makes me think about my driving more. The app works in the background, so no faffing when you get into the car to drive.
Also provides links to useful products, without being intrusive or making the phone lag.
The app can also create data which will be able to be sent to insurance companies who provide better quotes for good drivers.

The technology is not great
The technology is not great, the maps of roads traveled don’t seem to be examined to show that acceleration is needed to enter a busy roundabout but points are taken away for that acceleration. Also main roads were it is essential once again to use acceleration to enter the flow of traffic. I am an advanced driver for over twenty years and I have actually attempted to drive within the boundaries of the app, and I have explained my problems to the company but even though they agree with what I say they still do not change the app so I and many drivers that I know no longer participate.
