Formal Complaint Regarding Roadside Service Experience
Dear Toggle Insurance Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the roadside service experience we recently encountered.
Your company provided inaccurate information and misleading map updates, which resulted in a significant delay. It took nearly three hours before we were notified that a second driver had been dispatched. During that time, I received only one phone call from your representative, who stated that the driver had attempted to contact me but was unable to reach me on my cell phone—this was not consistent with my call records.
Unfortunately, this experience reflects a pattern. The very first time my husband used your service for a tire change, he waited from 10:00 AM until 1:39 PM before assistance arrived. It is unacceptable to experience such prolonged delays and lack of clear communication on multiple occasions.
Due to these repeated issues, we have lost confidence in your roadside service and will not be using it moving forward. Please be advised that this experience will also be shared publicly on Google.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to prevent similar situations for other customers.
