I was nervous selling my car without having a face to face transaction but the Driveway process and the Driveway team’s people were great. Special recognition to Amanda who took extra time talking to me which gave me greater confidence in the process, and to Tyler who was very communicative about vehicle pickup so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on when it took a little extra time to get someone to me.

I've never purchased a vehicle online / sight-unseen before, which inherently brought its own set of anxieties and concerns. However, almost immediately following our vehicle selection online, we were greeted by Juan, our purchase coordinator, who reached out to tell us what to plan for and when. Shortly thereafter, Sean reached out to us, as our "dispatch coordinator" to handle the logistics of the vehicle shipment, as well as Mireya, who managed all of the contracts and paperwork requirements. Again, like Juan, they explained everything up front giving us a great sense of what to expect. Everyone involved could not have been more kind, thoughtful, and patient with both my wife and I. In the end, an absolutely gorgeous Audi now sits in my garage, having arrived in Kansas (coming from Los Angeles) in absolutely perfect condition. Selling my car to Driveway was easy and streamlined. I did not have to drive it anywhere for an inspection, they use the best AI tools to handle things virtually. The process is well refined. Tyler was helpful in moving things along and the guys who came to pick up the Jeep were friendly and sweet. I would honestly give them a ZERO if this website let me. Feb 16, 2026 a $320.00 charge was attempted to be made on my account, however, it was not authorized by me. Navy Federal stopped the charge thankfully but I began an investigation as to how this random charge came about.
So like anyone would I contacted Driveway Finance customer service to ask what was going on. To no surprise of mine I was connected with a gentleman who could barely speak the English language and could not understand what I was telling him my issue was.
So, after trying to explain multiple times the situation at hand it became clear I was talking to a brick wall. However, during this painful deliberation of details I was informed someone had called in and verified all my information and that he could see exactly when the call was made.
I had ask for their fraud or IT department to investigate and possibly send me the audio recording and phone number because they do record phone calls for quality assurance… right?
Anywho, I decided enough was enough with the back and forth when myself and the representative could not effectively communicate. He said they would not give me info on the phone call or recording and they would reach out to me when they conclude their internal investigation.
Now, here it is March 30, 2026 as I write this review from my toilet. I have just received a notice of an additional fee for the month of April. If you guessed an insufficient funds fee for the Feb 16, 2026 fraudulent charge you would be correct but wait, what did Driveway Finance discover in their internal investigation you ask?
Well thats simple their system just glitched. I was promised by another non english speaker that it would not happen again and that no one ever called or verified my info. Then she hung up before I could ask anymore questions.
