COMPANY IS ALSO KNOWN AS DESIGNER DRIVES AND PATIOS LTD -BASED IN CARDIFF
I am 86 years old, not in good health and living alone.
In early April I made one of the worst decisions ever - employing Designer Drives and Patios Ltd. for a resin drive.
Liam came and promised the earth - delivered a bad, bad job. The overall finish of resin drive was not good - pitted, not level in parts etc, and job not completed. In general they were chaotic, their communication skills non-existent.
I have to pick out the worst of their performance or would be writing a novel:
1. They ruined the drives of both my immediate neighbours by walking cement over their drives - cement footprints everywhere. They promised me and also my neighbours that they would clean it up - did not!
2. Part of the deal was also that they would create a small garden - dig it out for planting etc. They created what would hold a few daisies.
3. They took away my stones that I told them to leave for the back garden and lied constantly that they were safe in their yard. Eventually at my insistence they brought 4 new bags of the wrong size stones - had been lying all the time.
Be careful if you do choose them and do not pay until job is 100% completed. Or just don’t hire them!

This company goes by Designer drives and Patios.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
The company came out promptly and did the work.
The work had many imperfections that they promised to fix.
The company sent the partner around repeatedly to pressure for payment before the job was completed.

As soon as the payment was completed, the company ignored calls and did not return to fix the imperfections.

The concrete has been left with boot marks. The resin has holes in it.
There are gaps under the resin that they filled with plastic. Waste has been left on site.
