Portal issues

I was having difficulty navigating and choosing my company car on the online portal. Abbie shorter got in touch with me and we set up a teams meeting so she could help me.
Abbie was brilliant, she made the whole
Process a lot easier and explained everything in detail. She always stayed in touch with me and kept me up to date on the progress of my order.
If anyone has any issues regarding there vehicles or the online portal I’m sure Abbie will sort it.

So far an excellent experience

I have only just started my claims process for quite a significant repair on my car, however if the service going forward is anything to go by what I’ve experienced so far it is promising that this situation has turned from an extremely stressful situation to hopefully pain free. I have been looked after by Leanne, who has been nothing short of helpful and extremely patient. Always responses the same day I contact her and is efficient with her service. An excellent experience

An excellent experience from start to finish! The Driveway Vehicle Solutions team couldn't have been more helpful, from all my (many) questions about the scheme and how it works, to choosing the right car and checking in with me after the car had been deliverered.

Outstanding.

I first made contact with Driveway Solutions (Pendragon Vehicle Management) last year to see about becoming a broker for them that's when I had the call from Emma Brewster. Prompt, efficient, if there has been any questions or queries, she has been able to respond quickly so there has been no delay.
Not only have I had the pleasure dealing with Emma, but also Phoebe Roe. She has been an absolute star. She may get 1 email from me a day or 20 but the responses have always been quick. Nothing is too much trouble. The same with phone calls. Last year she provided me with quotes for 20+ vehicles for 1 customer and because of her patience and efficiency, we have now secured a very good customer.

Both Emma and Phoebe are a credit to the team and deserve the recognition.

Excellent service from Driveway

I’ve had an excellent experience with this leasing company, particularly with their business leasing and salary sacrifice schemes. The entire process is smooth, transparent, and very well managed from start to finish. They offer a great range of vehicles and clearly understand how to tailor solutions for both businesses and employees, making what can sometimes be a complex process feel straightforward and stress-free.

A special thank you to Nancy, Ellie, and Shanigh, who were all outstanding throughout. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Every question was answered promptly, and they made sure I felt informed and supported at every stage.

Salary sacrifice

I purchased my vehicle through here and it was straight forward I chose my vehicle and Lidnsey kept in contact all the way through until it was handed to Shanigh who dealt with the handover process. It was quick and easy and had no issues everything went smoothly. They were both professional. I didnt expect my car to arrive so quickly. Definitely recommended and will definitely use them again after my contract ends

We have had a lot of warranty related work with Evans halshaw and not every experience has been sorted straight away. However Leanne was quick and efficient at getting the matter resolved and she followed up multiple times and kept good contact

Such an easy process

I had been considering purchasing a new car for a while and when the opportunity to lease a vehicle through the salary sacrifice scheme, I jumped at the chance, having used this type of scheme in a previous workplace.
What I wasn’t expecting was the efficient service provided by the Driveaway Vehicle Solutions. I made my initially enquiries on 24th February and will be taking delivery of my new car on 20th March. In just over two weeks I was provided with a delivery date for my new vehicle, a date for the fitting of the electric charger and the insurance cover documents. Driveaway Vehicle Solutions were extremely helpful throughout the process and all the other companies involved; insurers, charger installers & vehicle suppliers all offered advice when I needed it and made everything very easy to deal with.
My new car was delivered on 20th March, as promised and a full handover from the delivery driver was provided
