The person i was on the phone with avoided to give a straight answer of how much it would be for 4 hour of practice as I am a bit rusty when it comes to driving a lorry with a trailer.Instead to tell me the price straight away ,he tried to book me in checking available dates ,asking my name etc. - believe they overcharge people thus his behaviour. The communication was unacceptable ,he must improve either his communication skills or fix the phone he uses.
