Starting a business 2 years ago and not even into 1 year a pandemic hits. They took action to make me and many others able to do virtual teaching with ease. Appreciate all that they do even in my needs of understanding the program when I first started with them. Always extremely helpful.

I have been using this program for 12 years. I have to say one thing, it's been 99.9% reliable and that has been very much appreciated. A few updates throughout the years, however the format has stayed solid and simple to use. Have no interest in using anything else for my school. Staff is great to work with as well.

Driving School Software is amazing once you get it set up and working to meet the needs and regulations of your school and state. The training for the system is seriously lacking. A lot of it is figuring it out on your own. That's not the easiest when you are converting and need to train all the other staff. Don't get me wrong this software is great it just takes some time to work through the set up.

As an owner of a Driving school there are many task one must do to make the system go smoothly. I was used to doing everything. Some manually and with computer. But my life change when I received a call from Anatoli. He explained everything and showed me how this system could change my business and give me back my life. This software has helped our driving school tremendously. Having the ability to have students enroll and schedule online has been a life saver. Also, the ability to manage staff, vehicles, locations etc. is invaluable. I also love the data management of students and ability to run any report I may need. I highly recommend this software for your driving school.

There are parts of the registration that is Not user friendly for our customers that we have to go back and fix or explain to multiple customers. Customers believe they've enrolled their student, but due to a button "Pay Later" not being clicked- their student isn't registered. Nothing says "click to enter" or "Click to Enter & Pay later"- I can understand.
Updates that are made/have been made prevented other portions from being available again. Customers were emailed the contract when they enrolled- they no longer receive that- when they click to print contract-after they've entered all of their students info- the contract is blank! Why? it used to be completed!
As an owner of the company, I do not feel as though you have any control over your information that appears- you don't have access to edit it.

This is a great software program and the staff has been great to work with. I would like to see the service tickets be attended to a lot quicker. The completion time is about 10 or more weeks

We have found that using DrivingSchoolSoftware very helpful in all areas of the program. The staff is always there for us when we have questions or concerns.
They are constantly updating and introducing new areas of the program that make it easier when reporting information to the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
