I gave DrivingScout a very small range of dates to find me a test, and only 2 very busy test centres. However, after 2 weeks, they found me a test, sent me an email to confirm if I'm happy with the test, and booked it for me. I really recommend using them, especially because they're the cheapest in the UK!

It didn't find me any slot for almost one year, waste of money

I was led to believe from their website that there was a guarantee for unlimited cancellations. They managed to book me a test, however, it was unsuitable so I cancelled soon after. Driving Scout still took my money, and now I am unable to use their service unless I pay again!

I messaged customer support and they didn't help me.

I recommend to try other companies like Testi which has a policy of 'unlimited cancellations until you pass' and is cheaper!

Got me a new test the very next day, incredible stuff.

Brilliant service, definitely worth the money, simple and straight forward, got a cancellation in the place I wanted, perfect !

Impressive service - I only requested a change to my daughter's test booking this morning and within a few hours DrivingScout had found an alternative test at my no. 1 location. After doubting many of these companies who claim to be legit, I double checked the booking online with DVSA and it's there. Everything above board. Excellent service, highly recommend. Excellent. I'd tried for five weeks of getting up at 5 45am every Monday morning to try to change my test to my local test centre. There were thousands in the digital queue ahead of me and despite being let onto tge website at 6.03am - all slots would be gone every time. This app was recommended by a friend who had used it for her 3 sons successfully. I was sceptical but within 3 days I had a slot at my local centre, such a relief
It shouldn't be this hard. I liked that it was a one off fee, not a monthly subscription. Thank you

Scam scam scam they found me a test in may yeah good, but then i went on yesterday and it was cancelled by them

Our local Test Centre is very oversubscribed and trying to find an earlier appointment is an incredibly frustrating and time-consuming process. I was skeptical, but DrivingScout really did manage to find an imminent cancellation and book it automatically for us.

We've been trying for months to get a test for our daughter at our local town which only has a part time yesterday centre and tests there are like gold dust (she's failed twice). Tried several apps with limited success. Two weeks ago someone recommended this one and today we got a cancellation for 3 weeks time. So pleased!

I was very impressed with the simple process of registration and how fast I got what I really wanted. It truly made my day!

They found three cancellations (had to refresh the search after each one but very simple to do) which resulted in a reduction in wait from 5 months to just over one. Definitely value for money.

Didn't have one offer of a test between the times I had asked for so requested a refund to which they agreed, received nothing so emailed again to find I had been blocked! Luckily put a dispute in with PayPal and have now been refunded

After about 2 weeks I was automatically booked a slot for 10 days time. This brought my test forward by about 2 months - Hopefully I will pass ! Price was good and they do say they wont charge if they cant rebook you.

The customer service is extremely bad, I sent the same email about 4 times to which I had the exact same response word for word which had nothing to do with my question, I then asked for a refund to which I have been ignored now after 3 weeks trying, none of my emails are being responded to and there’s no contact number to call
