Amazing experience! Would definitely recommend!!!

Amazing experience!! Very quick with responses and easy to communicate with. I paid for the service in April/May time and already have a cancellation for less than a week!!! (My original test was over 4 hours away and I was so nervous I would have had to travel) highly recommend!!!

Excellent Service and Support from Driving Test Monitor

Booking a driving test these days is incredibly difficult, but Driving Test Monitor has truly delivered. Despite the challenges with availability, they remained approachable and responsive throughout. I really appreciated their prompt and helpful support via the contact number—they were always ready to assist and offered relevant guidance that actually made a difference.

One key takeaway from my experience is how important the test criteria are. I had initially set very strict parameters and didn’t receive any test offers for almost a month. When I reached out, the team patiently explained how to adjust my criteria to improve my chances. As soon as I followed their advice, I got a test.

Overall, the service is reliable, and the support team genuinely cares about helping users succeed. Highly recommended if you're struggling to find a test date.

Id give it zero stars if i could

Id give it zero stars if i could. Scam website just like a whole lot out there. The difference is the other places charge you 15£ while these guys have the gall to charge you a 100£ and still don’t deliver. Nothing after 3 months and no refunds either. Going by previous reviews it seems like they worked in the past but aren’t up to speed anymore. I wouldn’t recommend this service as of 2025.

Hi Sonal,

Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback.

First, the facts: you were charged no more than £60, not £100. Part of that fee went to your driving instructor because you used a promo code. Beginning your review with an inaccurate figure damages its credibility from the start.

We appreciate how frustrating the current shortage of test slots can be. All availability is controlled by the DVSA, and at busy times there are far more learners than tests. Our service simply monitors the DVSA site on your behalf, freeing you from constant refreshing of the portal. We do not buy or sell tests, and we never use questionable tactics. We only act when a slot that matches your chosen dates and times appears, so your preferences necessarily limit what can be booked.

Regarding your refund request: our Terms of Service, which run to a single page, state that refunds are offered during the first two weeks. After that point our systems and staff time have already been committed, whether or not a suitable slot appears. You used the service for more than three months, so your request falls outside the agreed refund window.

We are transparent about what we can and cannot control, and we set clear expectations at sign‑up. It is disappointing to see harsh accusations after such a long period of service, but we still wish you success in securing a test and completing your licence.

Best regards,
Driving Test Monitor UK

£110 Paid and nothing after 3 months. Refund refused.

Paid £110 — no test, no communication, no refund.

Paid for their “fast-track” monitoring service and waited over 10 weeks without a single offer or update. I reached out multiple times and was repeatedly told to just “wait.” Eventually gave up and used a different service — got a test within 3 days.

When I asked for a refund due to non-delivery, they refused — quoting T&Cs while ignoring the basic reality that no value was delivered. They’ve since responded publicly by bringing up completely unrelated personal press stories, trying to imply I’m not credible rather than just addressing the issue. That tells you everything you need to know.

Yes, I’ve referred this company to pupils in the past — because at the time, the service worked. But when it didn’t work for me personally, I expected them to stand by it. They didn’t.

Bottom line: they take your money upfront, offer no guarantee of delivery, and hide behind technicalities if nothing shows up. Use at your own risk.

I went back to driving test monitor to ask for a refund as they had not delivered and was met with excuses and a refusal to refund.

Hi Steve Cogan,

We need to set the record straight for anyone reading your review:

1. What we actually sell
We provide a monitoring service that hunts DVSA cancellations around the clock; we do not sell driving test slots. The moment a slot matching a customer’s criteria appears, our system grabs it. If DVSA or other learners don’t release anything in your time window, especially at the busiest centres, no monitoring service can create a test slot that DVSA hasn’t made available..

2. You earned money from the very service you’re attacking
You’re a driving instructor in our referral programme. By promoting us to your pupils (and by applying your own promo code to the £110 order you mention) you pocketed £155 in commissions. That only happens when a referrer believes the platform works.

3. Proof the service ran
Since day one your dedicated agent has executed thousands of live checks against DVSA. We offered to email you the full timestamped log; you declined. Claiming “no delivery” while refusing the evidence is disingenuous.

4. Clear refund rules
Our Terms - visible before payment - allow refunds for 14 days. You demanded one after 10 weeks, long after we’d incurred the infrastructure costs of monitoring on your behalf.

5. Pattern of behaviour
Readers may wish to note that the reviewer has previously appeared in national press over controversial driving test practices (e.g. articles in The Mirror, 24 Jan 2022, and Daily Mail, 25 Jan 2022). We won’t speculate, but context matters.

We stand by the service delivered and our perfectly transparent refund policy.
In short, you were paid for referrals and received the continuous monitoring you purchased; those facts speak for themselves.
