DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.
It is a total scam.
They will take your money and not give anything in return except fake texts from a variety of numbers.
Live chat doesn't work, contact us form doesn't work, the pictures on the website are stock images. No company name so no way to report them

DO NOT USE.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

This company is a SCAM, do not use them or pay them any money. The landline number is not recognised, the email address support @ change my driving test is different to the company name, 'driving theory cancellations' and I have emailed 5 times to ask for my test centre to be changed as they have an obsolete one on their list and now asked for a refund, but now get Google email reply 'delivery incomplete - temp problem while delivering your message.' Also the name sending the text message for supposed cancellations is 'Test Finder' - not the company name again. The address is a grotty housing estate with cheap shops underneath, which does not fit in with the website pictures of the staff/office. Total scam, DO NOT TOUCH

Am reporting to trading standards, FCA etc

Have seen that a copy of this review is going to be sent to the company using another different email address 'info @ driving theory cancellations - this address is not on their website. What is going on - just your everyday SCAM
