My Missus come for uplift & implants, absolutely brilliant service from the whole team, Her surgeon Dr Bilgehan Sari is amazing he was so professional and explained the whole procedure perfectly, along with Nurse Nur who made our experience so easy, she really is amazing she give us both her number and we could message her on WhatsApp whenever we needed anything for the whole week. Also credit to the drivers aswell who was on time for every collection/pick up we had all week. Really the service we received was next level to what we would have got back home in the UK and at a fraction of the cost, I would recommend this team of experts to anyone wanting anything doing. 10/10 thankyou from both of us 👍

I have had many surgeries with Dr Unal, predominantly on my face but also corrective surgeries on my chest. I trust him implicitly. He understands what I need and every time delivers results that go above and beyond my expectations.I am a patient with high standards and I cannot find fault with his work. I thank him and know that I will no doubt go back to him whenever I need to. His team are equally dedicated to his service. So thank you to all of the team.

I had breast reduction and uplift surgery with Dr Kerim Unal on 25 June and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing and traumatic.

My surgery was originally scheduled for 7am but was delayed until 2pm with very little communication or explanation. Throughout my stay there was a serious language barrier which made it difficult to communicate my needs and concerns.

I informed the staff that I am vegetarian, however I was repeatedly given meals containing meat during my stay. I was also in significant pain and felt that my concerns were not taken seriously.

I paid £5,000 for the surgery and also asked about having arm fat removed. After returning home I then had to pay additional money just to have my stitches removed. As my healing progressed, I realised that the surgery had not been done correctly. I specifically asked for smaller nipples, but instead my areolas appear stretched and uneven. One nipple is noticeably larger than the other and I have now been told I may need an areola revision to correct the results.

Since last August I have repeatedly tried to contact Dr Kerim Unal and the aftercare team through emails and phone calls. They often say everything is fine and then stop responding. When I finally managed to speak with them, I was told I could not have a video consultation and that the results “look good,” despite my concerns and the clear asymmetry.

They said they might help but only if I arrange and pay for my own travel and hotel again. My experience has left me feeling extremely distressed and unsupported. Once you leave Turkey, it feels like the aftercare disappears.

I would strongly advise others to carefully research and consider the risks before choosing this clinic because i left insecure thinking they would boost my confidence i came back to it being worse before i left

However, I do not accept the points you have made, as they do not reflect my actual experience.

I have made numerous attempts to contact your clinic following my procedure, including multiple phone calls and messages, and have not received adequate support. On several occasions, one of your assistants answered but was unable to provide any meaningful help. In fact, she even agreed with my concerns and indicated that the focus seemed to be on payment rather than proper aftercare, which is extremely concerning.

I have raised serious concerns about my results, particularly that my areola is stretched and requires correction. I have sent multiple photos as requested, yet I received only one response stating that my healing was “good,” which is clearly not the case. My concerns have not been properly acknowledged or addressed.

In addition to this, I developed an infection upon returning to the UK and was advised by a medical professional that the work had been done poorly. I was also informed that I had been cut incorrectly and that there is a split under my breast, which is deeply worrying.

Furthermore, I find it unacceptable that I am being asked to return for an in-person consultation entirely at my own expense.

I have also been denied direct communication with the surgeon, Dr Kerim, as I am not allowed to speak with him via phone or even have an online consultation. This lack of access is unacceptable, especially given the complications I have experienced.

Additionally, I paid an extra £500 to have fat removed from my arms, and this has since returned, which suggests that the procedure may not have been carried out correctly.

Your response mentions patient care and communication; however, my experience has been the complete opposite. Aftercare has been extremely poor, and communication has been inconsistent, dismissive, and unhelpful.

I would like this matter taken seriously and properly reviewed. I expect a clear resolution regarding corrective treatment and appropriate support, without placing further financial burden on me, including flights, accommodation, and transfers.

This is my second time to Dr Kerim and team - iv had nose reconstruction, breast uplift and implants and a little nose revision. The team are amazing from start to finish- the hotel Radison was incredible so so impressed and right next door to the shopping center. Dr kerim and team are simply amazing - so experienced and we are well looked after with checks every single day. Can not recommend this team enough! I’m done now however my family and friends will be back for their surgery soon. Thank u all so so much and Dr K your truly the best there is ! Thanks xxx

⚠️ Warning – Blanc Surgery / Dr Kerim and his team.

I would strongly advise anyone considering surgery here to research very carefully.

From my first visit, the main focus seemed to be money, handled largely by Dr Kerim’s wife.
All it seemed from the minute I was visited by dr Kerim and his wife was to hand over the money before they even spoke to me about anything.

I never met my anaesthetist prior to the surgery, whereas with previous surgeries they have come into my room personally and introduced themselves and the process.

Dr Kerim told me what procedures he thought I should have, he advised to have an uplift, new implants under muscle and nipple reduction.

On discharge I was sent to a hotel they are suppose to provide only to arrive and be told there was no room booked for me. I was left waiting for hours before being moved to a different hotel that was far away, with no food nearby. I was in severe pain, carrying my surgical drains in a bag around the shopping centre, and having to get taxis just to get food and drinks.

My drains were only removed a few hours before my flight home, despite still producing a lot of fluid. I felt this was rushed purely because I was leaving.

I had breast surgery 10 years prior and immediately felt something was wrong this time. My concerns were repeatedly ignored. Once back in England, the infection worsened. I went to my local a&e and was treated.
My scars became thick, red and abnormal.
I paid to see a private UK surgeon who advised the surgery was poor, the implants were badly placed, and they were smaller than my previous implants, which I did not request. I had asked for the same size or larger if he needed to fill skin.

After 18 months of complaints and being treated rudely and unprofessionally via WhatsApp, I was eventually offered scar revision surgery — but only if I paid. I refused, as I should not have to pay to fix poor work. Eventually, they agreed to revise the surgery as a “good gesture” “final offer”but only scar revision… that’s without a face to face consultation. They said I had to pay for my own flights, accommodation, transfers, and was told I only needed to stay for 4 days and in the hospital for one day (how would you even know how long I’m going to need to stay I hospital for when you don’t know how I’m going to be after surgery).

The night before surgery, a male who works for dr Kerim messaged me on WhatsApp at midnight after I asked what the plan was, told me they would only do scar revision and that I should go back to England if I wasn’t happy with just that .. if I needed new implants it would be extra cost as “I’m trying to get free surgery out of them” The pictures of my breasts/scars and upon physical examination it’s clear to realise this is not a case of “free surgery”. I was in agony the previous time he performed surgery so believe me, this is not something I wanted to experience again, if anything I never ever wanted to go back there! I was alone, terrified, and crying everyday before the surgery worrying, I felt unsafe and intimidated by them. I was on my own in a foreign country about to have risky surgery that again could go wrong and be even worse.

At the hospital, I was pressured to sign documents written in Turkish, which I refused. I was then asked to write a statement saying my scars were due to genetics — something no UK surgeon had ever suggested, and something contradicted by my other surgical scars. I refused again, there was no evidence to suggest this… all 5 of my other surgical scars I’ve had done elsewhere haven’t turned out like this and I’ve never had any issues with my previous surgeries so I believe this is untrue.

A colleague later entered my room asking why I refused to sign documents saying it was due to genetics and he was also the person that had been whatsapping me. He demanded I sign paperwork (I believe this was to try and cover there backs for future reference, to put the state of my breasts and scars onto me). When I refused, he stormed out and slammed the door. I refused to see this person again and I passed over information to dr Kerim.

The operating environment was extremely distressing. The theatre looked dirty, the surgical bed was ripped, staff were in casual scrubs, and there was no clear sterile preparation. I was not properly introduced to staff. The anaesthetist simply said “I put you to sleep” and proceeded.

I woke up in extreme pain. The food was inedible, and I was told I could not even have toast or tea unless I ordered it and paid for it. I ended up walking the streets in my pyjamas with a drip in my hand trying to find food late at night.

I was discharged and rushed out of my room the next morning, given no support bra, and never saw Dr Kerim again. I was told he had an emergency — only to later be told by staff that he had flown out and gone on holiday. The lies were obvious.

This company is terrible, so helpful until I paid , once I was heeled the results were absolutely heartbreaking, I am now left disfigured and I have occurred terrible anxiety and panic attacks since , I explained all this to there company and asked if there is a good will gesture as I am not in a good state to have more surgery . And nothing they have no remorese , no compassion , and only want your money. I wouldn’t recommend this company to a dog never mind a human , I hope no one goes through what I have gone through , this surgery has ruined my life and I pray no one has to go through this, please dont just look at pictures do better research as there is history around this dr.

I went to Dr Kerim first when he worked as a surgeon with comfort zone , I had 360 lip. The experience was not bad however when the swelling settled my stomach was very uneven and pockets of fat etc. I went back and he did fix one fat pocket but it actually made it look worse. At the same time I have cheek lift mini rhino plasty and cat eye surgery. The nose I was happy with but the cheek and eye lift basically just went back to normal after a few weeks, even worse as the downward pointing scars made my eyes look more droopy. I have text multiple times on all platforms and I never received a response. I spent nearly 8 thousand on my last visit and he doesn’t even have the decency to respond to address the issue. Avoid as he will not reply for corrections

From the second we arrived at the airport the transfer staff were amazing, get to the hospital to be greeted by the angle nurse Nur and her lovely team of nurses that looked after me throughout, meet Dr kerim and after talking about what I wanted to achieve he made my dreams come true! I can’t thank all the staff enough for the amazing aftercare and support I have had! Thank you.

I enthusiastically recommend this clinic! The entire team was incredibly kind and supportive. They are simply the best in the world!🩷🩷🩷

i booked a week before my surgery after a recommendation from a friend who had rhinoplasty done with Dr Kerim

the procedure was undergone in a hospital setting not a clinic which felt much more safe. The consulation process was very thorough and the care i received from Nurse Nur and Dr Kerim was excellent

i was updated with all stages of the operation of breast uplift and implant and the afyer care was super! I was seen daily following my discharge and given excellent after care advice at every single stage

the only downside to the whole procedure was the hotel setting was beautiful but in the evening the noise was so bad i found it hard to sleep due to the traffic noise but that’s a small price to pay for the confidence i have with my new body

I have recently had check Lift temporal Lift and Browlift by Dr. Bilgehan I can’t recommend him or his team enough, the aftercare and support I received was amazing! If you have a worry or you need advice you can just send a WhatsApp. I have never before experienced such a friendly doctor as Dr. Bilgehan.🙏🏻🙏🏻 I would especially like to thank Nurse Nur she was always there for me and made sure I felt comfortable. I'm from New Zealand and had a necklift and upper blepharoplasty done by Dr Kerim a year ago. He was so lovely with a very calm energy. My necklift is AMAZING! Like the surgeons in Turkey do not compare to the surgeons in New Zealand. It's amazing what a snatched jawline can do! I look so much younger now. There is a slight difference between my eyes with the shape of how he cut my eyelids which give a different shape eyelid to each eye, but it's something I only notice and no one else and they still look amazing! I have one amazing scar around my ear that you can barely see, my other scar ended up healing raised but that's my body doing that and isn't the surgeons fault. Dr Kerim's wife was lovely too. Things you might want to know that you might not be used to is - You wake up with a catheter in. In my country depending on the surgery you don't always have this happen. I wasn't told this would happen so I wasn't really mentally prepared for anyone to be doing anything in that area. It would be nice to be warned about this so just letting everyone reading this, know what to expect.
You will be so snatched that for a few days you might not be able to chew food. That's how you know your results will be amazing haha. Try get yoghurt from the shop before you go into surgery.
I was black and blue! I looked like I had been beaten up so bad with the bruising from day 3 for ages but don't freak out, it will all go eventually. But I stayed bruised for over a month. Having said that I had zero pain except for maybe the first hour of waking up from surgery, I felt pain in the back of my head where the drains were. It went away once they gave painkillers. Other than that I had no pain the whole time.
When I was about to leave hospital on the 2nd day I was asked by a nurse if she could record a video of me to post on their social media and I was soooo swollen and didn't feel like being on camera that day and I said no. But she kept pressuring me into saying yes and I caved and did it. So just remember to keep saying no if you don't feel like being on video.
But Dr Kerim is amazing at what he does and I'm so happy with my results.

I have recently had rhinoplasty by Dr.kerim, I can’t recommend him or his team enough, the aftercare and support I received was amazing! If you have a worry or you need advice you can just send a WhatsApp message and you have a reply without waiting! The nursing team are also very supportive and nothing is too much trouble!
I would highly recommend Dr.Kerim and his team in the future!😃

My experience was extremely positive from how everything overall was handled with pick up, drop off, hospital stay down to Dr Karim himself! He was great, super professional and easy to talk to. The head nurse Noor was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in my recovery esp since I flew in on my own. 10/10 would recommend and def will be going back :)

I had my rhinoplasty and eye surgery 1year ago now. Very unhappy with the outcome
Mr Kerim did not listen to me and my request in consultation.
He has done the opposite of what I ask for and done what I didn’t ask for….
I still have bump on my nose, it’s very pointy and pokes out loads. The shape is not very good at all….i have tried to bring this up but get ignored.
My eyes are still not good 1year later, red marks round them. He didn’t do very good job I still have hooded eyes as-well.
Also when I took the tape off my eyes
He had taped 3 eye lashes poking straight into my eye ball causing a cyst and eyes to be very sore. I had to seek medical treatment elsewhere and they are still not healed.

Not very good, they take your money then are not bothered after if there is a problem

I was recommended to do to Blanc surgery by a few friends and after doing some research I decided to go to dr karim Ünal , this was my second boob surgery and wanted uplift and implants and a natural look and to go a bit smaller. I got exactly what I wanted . The whole team and nurses was so helpful and re assuring. Nurse Nur was such a sweetheart and continued to keep contact with me in the uk while I was healing and giving me re assurance and advise when I was worried.
