They are crooks. I called them out as i had a leak cause by a ruptured water filter cartridge. They charged $300 for the callout but said they would not touch anything unless i agreed to pay another $700 even though i already had a replacement cartridge. They left without doing anything and i had to pay $300 for the pleasure.
I was taken advantage of by these crooks, They said I would receive a refund but no refund ever appeared. Do not use Dr Leak Plumbing unless you wish to be ripped off.
Had my blocked drains cleared by the Dr Leak Team. Best pricing and customer experience I’ve had from a plumber in Sydney. Would highly recommend this plumbing company.
