My order is delay a lot, I try to contact with CS via form but they BLOCK MY IP ADRESS! Can not to send them any mssg. I wanted to change the delivery address because the delay is long and I won't be home, but I can't do that. I do not recommend!

Ordered in May, first nothing in stock, than they claim to ship but only data send to DHL on the 15th of June. Till now nothing received, they have closed their order so I can't get an update and have to call. Hard to reach, no order received, but money gone. Seems like a big bs company

Still waiting 9 days later for my order to be shipped......(I live in Germany) ordered on a Saturday, paid by bank transfer which still doesn't explain the reason for such a long delay. Coincidentally, on the same day, I ordered a package from China which is looking like it will reach me before this one.........

Am lost for words at how bad this service can be. I think it would be too much bother and stress to ask for a refund so I'll wait it out to see what happens.

I do NOT recommend. Postage charges are also unreasonable.

Order pleaced 3 Feb, DD advised my delivery 8-10 Feb Chased my delivery on 12 Feb, DD gave me a false DHL shipping number. At this point i told them to cancel the order and give me a full refund. I then received another DHL shipping number, on checking this did seem to be 'live'. however, I tried to contact DD to say recall and refund my order, by this time I decieded they were bad to do business with. but they blocked my ip address. Now unable to contact them TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT USE I still havent received my order or my refund

ordered sensodyne mouthwash (8 bottles for 30 euro) from Drogeriedepot. Shipment arrived very fast and in good order. The only advice I would like to give to DD is that, when you order, you'll get a notification with an order number right away. Ultimately, DD has sent the order number but only when they prepared the shipment. All and all I am very positive!

Instead of receiving full order after 1 week of waiting, they sent me messages that my ordered products are not available.
By the time I received the rest of my order, it was too late. I already bought and used other products from other seller.
It is more than 2 weeks now I still have not received my money back. Very disappointing.

I had a wonderful experience when ordering with DrogerieDepot. Very fast delivery from Germany to The Netherlands and best price I could find.

I ordered some hair dye from the Netherlands for a very good price, the goods arrived on time so I cannot complaint. The only thing the communication with the company is difficult because they speak German only. Since they deliver in the Netherlands, Denmark, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium and Luxembourg and they offer a website partially translated from German into English or Dutch, I think they should improve the translated website and to have employees who speak at least English, which is the international language. I speak 5 languages but not German and it feels frustrating

Still waiting for my antiperspirant. It is a standard product and does not need to be imported from far-distant countries. Additionally the product has already been paid. Hope they are speeding up. It ain’t over till the fat lady sings...

Do not order from this company ! I have made the purchase on 9th May and it was paid in full , I tried to contact them in between , either they said they wait for one products to arrived so can send out , but until now , 18th Jun I have not received any items ! Never seen a company takes so long to complete an order , the problem is they received your payment but they hold it for ages and not send out . This company is not a normal company , no matter how you email them , they just give something is not relevant to your question , I just want to know WHEN I CAN RECEIVE MY ORDER ? Today 18th Jun , I still not received any answer . TELL ME NOW when ?? or Please refund my full payment, by the way , to prove i do not lie , the order number is 658672

6/24 add more information: The sender claim that my address was wrong which is not true. I have made previous order which was success delivered in the same address. Being checking with DHL tracking number , The sender sent out parcel with no any tracking number provide , and the DHL driver dud not even knock my door to deliver then returned to sender . In the between , I’ve been writing dozen of emails, dozen of phone call , they were said they have been waiting for one product to arrive to send my parcel, they never mentioned parcel has sent or provided any tracking number . To bear in mind everyone , the sender pretend cant speak English when you call, The lady just told you to send email, but the email replied never mentioned parcel tracking number or any progress! Untill you make a claim on Paypal, then they said parcel was sent , It all sounds weird. Until today 24th Jun, I still do not received any items , and the refund. I just want my money back , It’s near 200 Euro!!!!

This company claims they sent me my order, but that it couldn't be delivered and that it's on the way back to Germany. I never saw any Delivery company, or no note was left behind that they tried to deliver it. I had to wait for 3 weeks, no communication, no parcel. Then they gave a reaction that it would be sent out soon.
When I still not received anything this week I mailed again. They said it was sent but that it couldn't be delivered.
I send a message but the conversation was closed by the company, so I cant leave any more comments behind. The last thing they said is that if I transfer new delivery costs they can send it again.
I tried to email, but then I need to fill out a " sicherheits code' but nothing appears in my screen, so my emails won't be sent. I have no idea how to get in contact to get my money back. There is a phonenumber but calls from Holland to Germany are not cheap. I hope someone gets in touch with me and will refund my money!
Based on my experience until now, I won't recommend this company to anyone. I got no products and I did pay for it. Very strange and unprofessional way of working. I feel scammed.

I order at 2 april some things for my hair. One thing was difficult to get in Holland and I was very happy to see Drogeriedepot would sell it. After 3 weeks I still had nothing so I wrote several e-mails. But......after more then 3 weeks they wrote me that they didn't had the thing (Elvital Repair Spray Total Repair 5 Double Elixer). When I wrote that also would not have the other things and I asked my money back, they told me that I must wait for the shipment and than I must send it back. I must pay €15 to send it back, that was almost more than it costs. So I didn't also get my money back!!!!! Do not do business with this company!!!!! The product is still on the site.

Quick delivery, products correctly shipped and delivered fast. However, products do not seem to have the same smell/feel of the one I use bought from local store...inferior product to original?

Was looking for my favourite shampoo and razors and found them at Drogerie Depot against the lowest price. Received the products in a few days, so good service !

First time order . Made an order on 14.03 , paid in the same moment with PayPal . I knew that I had to wait 2-3 days for some products. Today 22.03 still haven’t received nothing . Had a small chat with the shop , the person sounded super unfriendly and it was written like from a book . The solution was , we would take out the missing items , return the money ( not as fast as I paid for the order of course ) , and send the rest of the items . Why do you have to react only when you’re clients get mad ?!! If you’re unable to deliver an item tak it out from you’re store !

Oh and of course , no help for English speaking persons , need help use google translate , welcome to DrogerieDepot.de , we will take you’re money send you nothing and make it you’re fault :)

Update : got the package , super late , without something , nobody explained what is missing , got refund 2.. EUR

Reply to you’re comment dear store :) fist of all I never asked you to speak English and you’ve never answered in English , I’ve been polite and friendly and you’ve been the total opposite ! Second of all if you open a store and put a item to sale then you should have the item and when you can’t deliver something you should call the person and explain, then find a solution . In you’re case you are ignoring until you receive a bad review , SO NOBODY BELIVE WHAT THIS SHOP IS TELLING !! :)
By the way the quality of the item for, example, dishwasher fluid packaging is way much worse than the same item in normal store . So that means if someone is making a purchase from this store they are probably buying some second handed cheap Chinese mix with a brand sticker on package !

Conclusion :
Think before you’re spending you’re earned money on some Chinese knockoffs, and if you do buy them, don’t expect that the workers will treat you like a human !

I made an order of 40 euro, I received only HALF of my order (here in Holland). In the invoice they put that I've paid 3 euro and I had a discount!!! I wrote them several times to try to receive my money back, but they dont even have the courtesy of reply it.

*DrogerieDepot.de never contacted me, I never received the money back or all the products!!
