I have ordered here multiple times now and so far only ever had good experiences. Fast Deliveries and Tracking updates. One time i ordered via UPS and it arrived under 24 Hours. Customer Support has been helpful too.

They have everything you need at a good price, 1 day delivery (I am in Spain) and customer service is good.

I had a missing item in my order and they kindly refunded me for that item!

Ordered parts for a drone and package where damaged in transit. Customer service are unable to do anything for me and claim is denied. Be very carefull ...

Orderd the meteor 75 pro with 4 batteries, a battery charger and the o4 unit. Shipping is a little slower then anticipated but still faster then most other shops, it took 9 days to arrive to Thessaloniki. Other then the shipping being 2-3 days slower then expected everything was good

Bought premium FPV goggles with dust particles inside, and the support was totally useful. They were un cooperative, did not offer any user friendly resolutions for my problem. The only thing that they said was to return the goggles back and get a 5% reduction from payed amount because goggles were already opened and used twice. But that was only figurative speaking, they could reduce the refunded amount more if the goggles were not in like new condition after they receive and inspect the returned item. Did have problems with them before and definately won't make any future purchases with them. Support agents are not trained properly and lack of positive advice when a customer has any problems with the items they are selling.

I bought a converter that should give exaxtly 12v, but its only give 11,9v which means it doesnt work with my device.

They dont want to exchange it for free and wont send a new one, because they means its normal.

The power supply deliver way more than 12v. 😊

I bought some 6s batterys and they got delivered in a completly wet package. One of the batterys caught fire, now the support tells me this cant happen and is refusing to give me my money back. I even sent them photos and proofs

Got ignored for months until I threatened to file a complaint with paypal. Had to send a DOA drone back on my own money (at least got refunded) and then, because it got discontinued only refunded me the drone. So I am a happy owner of a TX and batteries without the corresponding drone.

I have used Drone-FPV-Racer for all my FPV components for some years and I have nothing but praise for them. They hold a very wide selection of stock all at very competitive prices. They consistently ship my orders the same day.

I made an order and apperantly item was out of stock. I was contacted by Emilie via e-mail and we sorted out situation easy and quite fast.

After I made a purchase of total 1000euros there was a problematic beeper costing 2 euros, they never refunded and they were requesting pictures and explanations for 1 week to prove them that everything i did was correct until i dropped the case, btw the beepers were widely known for been problematic. On another case they refused to compensate any expenses for burned motors on a quad that was tuned on lithium ion and would be burned on lipos of same voltage, the only note they had was small leters saying that the drone was tuned on lithium ion 6s, no warnings no notes and the flight was less than 2 minutes test flight and again the purchase was 2K worth.

Bought an iFlight F435 stack with problematic ADC current measuring, they completely ignored me and told me I do not know what I'm doing with FPV releated electronics. Buyer beware if you are having problems with stuff they sell, forget they will help or reimburse your payed ammout with them.

Have been buying from them for more than 2 years, spent more than 3k euros, one time I needed support because of being sent a defectite AIO board, support ignored me. Quite a disappointing way to handle your customers.

The package has been declared as lost but I have not received my money back for 2 weeks.

The drone batteries used to be two-for-one. During the black Friday event, he doubled the price and then said buy one get one free at a 30% discount. It's really too bad.
Later, I chose to go with my teammates to the Grepow battery manufacturer to buy uav batteries in bulk. The price was really cheap. Why would I want to buy batteries from a battery manufacturer? Because my friend heard from other channels that Tattu battery is one of his brands.
