After reading the reviews I was surprised to receive my drone in 7 days.
However the spare battery which I paid for was not included & the drone is a very cheap model & very poor quality.
No response to e-mail.
The payment on my card shows a company named Trendzo (check them out on Companies House website!!!)
NEVER waste your money with either company 😡😡

got the upgraded version £280 with 3 batteries, 3 batteries didn't turn up and trying to get a refund from them is impossible. avoid

I purchased a drone for £80, it arrived just in time for Christmas, but boy was it a load of JUNK ! It’s similar quality to something you can pick up from pound land…. But far from £1 !
My 9 year old son has even asked me, how can these products be sold when they DO NOT work !!
When I eventually got a reply to my numerous emails, the company have refused to refund me as I have taken it out of the packaging !! lol.
DO NOT BUY THIS COMPLETE RUBBISH - YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY !

I'm having similar issues as all the other reviews currently ordered on 17 Dec paid no confirmation email an as yet no drone wish I read these reviews first

Absolutely awful, didn’t get what I ordered, can’t get hold of them, multiple emails later and I’m stuck with a cheap drone without the batteries I ordered. Avoid at all costs.

I paid £50 for a drone that was apparently on sale from £75. Come Christmas day and although the drone flew the camera was just green. I spent about a year on and off emailing this 'company'. I only recently started to check out companies on Trustpilot to see if they are real or not. I hope this review with the others will help steer someone else away from Drone Play.

Be careful they are scaming bast*ards

This website is a scam. They will not send the items you ordered. If you ask for a refund or to receive the correct item, they will ignore you.

Bought a remote control Landrover fro £165 it was sent with a broken charger making it useless once the battery went flat having sent dozens of emails without reply just have to give up and put it out there that this company is a complete waste of space

I purchased this drone and the quality is very poor for the price. Instructions are very poor too. Only purchased from this website as I was reassured that it was a UK based company ...or so it seemed. Label said it came from China via Germany and from a Toy Company? Package poorly and arrived damaged to. Ive emailed without response. No telephone number on the website either ...only the email. Have emailed again today for a refund but don't hold out much hope.

They are send me a 1£ necklace instead the drone after 4 weeks the website is dodgy they didn't pay me back

Only wish I'd read these review before my purchase. If you're reading this and other reviews you'll not be surprised by my experience.

I ordered a drone with 2 batteries. I received a different drone with one battery. On reaching out to them they told me the drone id received was far superior and that they would offer me a 30% compensation. On reading the specifications on their website the drone I had been send was was worse in every category (specifically flight duration and distance).

Having declined their offer I requested they send the drone as I had ordered and a return envelope for the drone they had sent. I got neither.

Instead I was instructed to return the drone to China to get a refund. I refused, having purchased the drone from a UK registered company - fortunately they gave me an address.

Like everyone else my return postage has not been refunded and they no longer engage with me. The only positive, they did refund me for the cost of the drone.

The same bad experience as everybody else. Ordered a drone from a company with a UK address. The drone arrived from China missing the spare battery I had paid extra for and with a broken controller. I eventually got a reply to my emails which instructed me to post it back to China, a cost of £20. At least I got a speedy refund for the cost of the drone but nothing for the postage back so I'm still out of pocket. I can't comment on the performance of the drone but it arrived in a flimsy plastic case wrapped in a plastic bag so I'm not surprised it was broken. All round a bad experience and a company to avoid.

Absolute scam shouldn't be allowed to have a website and sell goods trading standards need to look at this company and shut it down!!!!

Ordered a high end drone with extra batteries. What turned up was the lowest quality drone and 1 battery. Took a week to get a response and they only offered my to return to china at my cost, even though bought on a UK site. Total rip off and all a scam. Avoid at all costs and report them to Trading Standards as they are registered as a UK company.

The middle of December I ordered a drone from drone play was well exited and then read the reviews and thought I made a mistake but I found the service to be extremely good my drone arrived today well pleased with it had a few w problems but they where answered straight away great service thanks.

After sending a reminder they finally sent the drone. I ordered the best and most expensive in the range but what arrived was cheap and nasty with 2 batteries missing, no SD card and zero instructions.
They won’t answer my emails and I can’t get through to them on the phone.
These people are scammers and are to be avoided. Please don’t buy from them or you risk losing your hard earned cash. I’ve wasted £237.59 and I’m gutted.

Received my drone with no box and in a very flimsy cheap bag, definitely not worth the money really cheap looking drone, very disappointed
