I have been a member of Drone Safe Register since the beginning of 2020, the platform is great for networking and a go to place for information and advice from the other knowledgeable members.
Mark is certainly the driving force and is great at communicating with the members, I have only had one direct job from the platform so far but have received work via networking with the other members.

Drone safe register has helped our business. The private Facebook group has been an invaluable networking space which has only enhanced the offerings already on the website.

My insurance business - Qlaims - has been a customer of Drone Safe for a couple of years now and service has been consistently excellent. Having access to a one stop shop of national drone professionals means we can cater for the needs of our clients with complete confidence. Enquires are usually answered within minutes and deployments are often same day.
Mark himself is a real go-to guy and If he doesn’t know the answer himself he’ll know where to find it

I've been with DSR from day one and have seen it go from strength to strength. Mark works tirelessly for his members and the community is invaluable and super tight.

It's the first port of call for most of us when we have questions or need assistance on a job so keep up the great work Mark (and the team)!

Been with DroneSafe Register since 2015, An excellent platform for networking with other operators, I've had a few jobs from the site, But loads from direct contact.

Mark and the team have always been helpful and help with any issues quickly.

Unless you live on your emails you will never get any work from this directory.

I’m told that quotes are sent out to the nearest 4 operators and the first to reply gets the work. The SEO for listings is poor, I rank higher with a wedding website!

It might be useful for some, but not all.

Not at all happy or impressed with this.

Now we have a required test to take and register, it voids this website totally which is used as a sales platform for services and drone kit at rather heavy prices, if you can get them to answer you!

EDIT-took drone safe 3 years to reply to the feedback I left 🤣 prices my point. As for the belittling reply literally looking down their noses. Ironically, their reply shows how out of touch they are. I was fully CAA approved until recently and decided to step back and aim for retirement.

I find their condescending reply rather fitting, justifying my initial feedback.

Bad platform, poor analytics and can be cheated so that quotes go to sneaky operators. Unimpressed. Cig packet coding. Thanks for nothing.

'Thrown my money down the drain' is all i can think when I talk about Drone Safe Register. The most expensive website I ever signed up to. I was so excited once I got my pfco and immediately registered on DSR. So far, 3 months on, I have has 42 profile views and one quote request which because I didn't reply to the quote the same day, didn't go anywhere, I was too late to even get the work.
I get more visits to my website off instagram, fb and google than the hundreds I paid to be listed on DSR. I did have a chat to someone from the team and they told me 'theres just not a lot of drone work out there' - SO WHY CHARGE HUNDREDS TO BE LISTED ON YOUR SITE THEN?? Shall NOT be relisting on this waste of money site.

Really quite amazed at the lack of service and assistance on this website. I have sent messages 5 times now and got no reply. Not entirely sure why I bothered joining it in all honesty but they won't get a second years membership from me.

Things need to change for the better and start answering questions?

I am surprised when you have a TV show Dragons Den and Peter Jones investing in something like this and the lack of assistance and help is quite frankly, non existant :(

What has angered me even more is I changed my auto renewal to off, I have just visited the site to find it turned back on, so time to cancel the DD if they are playing that game. Sorry but what a rip off, they wont even answer my emails :( Total waste of time and money.
