Hello All,

Same issues as the rest of you. Ordered a Drone, doesn't connect to the app or to the remote. Tried asking for assistance but was stone walled. Anyone know the registered office address or have any other contact details for the company?

SCAM

placed order, received a month time frame for the goods to arrive, they never did, when trying to contact after sales team I was told to resubmit delivery address, after having done so my further email attempts at an update were blocked. Goods still not received

Shame you can’t give a minus score. Absolute scammers. Took forever to arrive, cheap and nasty product, sent it back for a refund and now they have blocked my email!! My son is devastated as he had saved up the £170. Worst purchase ever.

This is absolutely the worst on line experience I’ve ever had. 72 hour shipping is a lie. Customer service appalling with ‘Sarah’ being very evasive when I requested, then demanded refund. The return address is some warehouse, although there was a squiggle of a signature when the unopened package was sent back.
They will try quoting some hilarious T&C’s. A little work on line gifted me UK Trading Standards for online sales. At this point a return was agreed.
Very evasive with any e-mails I raised a dispute with my bank and informed DroneTech I was seeking legal advice while informing Trading Standards.
Save the heartbeats you’ll waste dealing with this lot.

This company should be prosecuted. It's a scam company. Even their address in Scarborough is fake. I sent someone round.
No drone - no refund.

SCAMMERS!!! Was sent a cheap knock off drone that wouldn't even fly. They point blank refused a refund/return via email. Raising a legal case this morning as emails are not being responded to. I wish I saw these reviews first to save myself all that money. Utterly disgusting!

Ordered a drone pre Christmas on 72hr delivery. That was with some time to spare, ARRIVED IN JANUARY.
Trying to return it has become a nightmare!

Drone arrived and i was gutted probably not worth more than £40. The app to fly the drone is awful. The plastic controller buttons do not match the instruction booklet nor do they work. First flight was terrible, drone extremely difficult to control. Used the auto take off button and the drone just kept climbing. Tried autostop but it kept going and i lost sight of it. So, 4 mins flying time, drone lost, £170 wasted.

These are really Poundland toys not the drone you'd expect

Do not buy from this company, they are from outside the UK and you have no chance of getting refunded, i have tried.

DRONES DO NOT WORK

Purchased a drone tech pro in December.
It arrived and immediately found that they have repackaged a cheap drone from which can be bought on eBay. It didn’t live up to any specification in which was mentioned on the website. The entire company is an absolute joke. I have been working on a return for weeks. I returned the item and they just keep stalling to give me my money back and now looking like I’m going to have to take legal action to see my money. To then find this morning they have now blocked my email so I cannot communicate with them. Completely avoid this con you will only be disappointed as soon as you open the box. These drones are from ebay at £80 so they’re putting a big markup on it and throwing them out the door

Worst experience with any online order. This company is a scam. I made an order 6 weeks ago - my order was apparently delayed and then eventually they claimed that it was delivered when it was not. No proof of deliver and no updates. I sent multiple emails asking for an update and they would reply over a week later. Horrible service and communication. I threatened legal action and they eventually cancelled the order and refunded my money. Do not order from their website. They will also try to scam you.

I usually check reviews, but this occasion up to Christmas I didn’t - I wish I had.
I noticed a uk address so didn’t think much of it.
Made a purchase for express delivery wanting it for Christmas only to realise AFTER it was being shipped from China and that it wasn’t arriving until January.
I then purchased one from Argos - a reputable company I could trust.
Requested a return/refund and didn’t get an email response for some time.
After going back and forth, they offered me a partial refund due to the fact that it has been way past the 14 day return period - we are now in February- which I kindly reminded them fell heavily on their part due to the late arrival of the product, therefore, I would not be willing to accept a partial refund Or credit note.

The product is very badly made and not worth £10 let alone a few hundred pounds.

I have now obtained the return address and will send back.

I put a dispute in to my bank who were thankfully very helpful

I ordered a drone and spare battery at £299. Was informed that my order will be with me within 72 hours, checking it informed me that my order had been shipped out. 8 days later I contacted the company asking about my order … no answer , contacted them by email to cancel my order, they informed me that my order is with the local post office. Still no delivery, again I cancelled asking for a refund.eventually my account was credited.
Would I order from this company again. No I ordered a HS720G from Amazon, it arrived in 2 days. Big difference

Absolutely awful experience. After reading reviews I tried to cancel my order before it was shipped but was ignored. Once I received the drone it took a week to get a response to get the return address. Its been several weeks now and despite returning their awfully poor product untouched I still haven't have a refund. They are also ignoring my emails and when they do respond its in French asking me what the issue is. SCAM COMPANY. Currently going through citizens advice and talking with my bank about a refund as they are clearly scamming me.

These guys at dronetech are shameless lying clowns and probably credit frauds for all i know. They should not promise a 3 day express service when they cannot deliver with within 7 days without any update nor apology for the delay

Ordered a dronemotion lite and it took about 10 days to arrive. You could track the package in real time. No complaints there. The drone is simple to set up and connect to your phone however the instructions on how to operate it don't exist so a bit of trial and error piloting is required. I haven't worked it out yet. Can't comment on picture quality as I haven't worked out how to take pictures

This drone sucks. I turned it on and started the motors turning and the drone shot off without any other input from the controls. Literally took off at warp speed, hit a tree, fell in a puddle now it doesn't work. Should've bought a dji

Well I have to say, my ghast is flabbered.
I ordered the 299.99 one with an extra battery. 2 Jan. Nothing came. So I mailed and webchatted.. nothing apart from a please wait.
So I mailed last week cancelling the order.
They HAVE refunded my card. BEFORE I claimed from my credit card.
So although I dont gave a drone, the bank says the money IS on its way.
That's all I can honestly say.
In my case, not scammers. But I'm not sure it's a UK company.

I paid £114 for a drone for my grandsons birthday have found it very difficult and frustrating to get any answers from them. Apparently it was despatched a week ago which I very much doubt as they will not give me a tracking number so I don’t think it has
I think I have been scammed and have no birthday present for my 9 year old grandson.
I am so angry they are by far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and there have been a few bad ones along the way
They are thieves that take your money and do not provide a service. Appalling company. Stay well clear !!

I ordered the drone with express shipping 72 hours. I ordered as a gift a week before my dads birthday and after 2 days I messaged them on their chat to ask where it is. They replied saying it’s with their carrier and it’s on the way.
Anyway the drone didn’t arrive for the birthday even after several messages to them.
It’s now 3 weeks after I ordered the drone and I still haven’t received anything.
I have contacted my bank to get the money back.
