Doctor gave me what I wanted for my…
Doctor gave me what I wanted for my antibiotics but hung up after 2 minutes never rang me back and explained if she sent the prescription or not I had to ring your customer service line and discuss it with the agent while she was chatting on a live chat with the doctor? I paid for this service and had to asked to be called back as why would I want to discuss a medical issue with a service agent which isn’t even trained to do so? The doctor found it very difficult to understand me maybe she wasn’t native English speaker which made it more difficult to communicate.

Used this service twice. For me and my daughter. Call back was 20 minutes late on one call but other than that, no complaints. Good service. Beats waiting days for a face to face appointment at the GP.

Quick chat and sorted within 10 mins
Quick phone call, and prescription sent to chemist within 10 minutes, saves sitting in GP waiting room for over an 1hr. Booked a call for 8:30 in the morning and was called pretty much at that exact time, and had an arrange of times to choose from very convenient for people who are working.

I booked an appt to get a back dated doctor cert for the previous day. It turns out they don't offer that service. That would be no problem but they then kept my money and gave no refund despite offering me no service at all. In no other business would you pay and then receive nothing whatsoever. No call. No anything. Just took my money

Left waiting for several minutes.
I had been waiting in the online meeting waiting room for the Doctor for around 20min.
There was no acknowledgement or apology for the wait.
Once the meeting started it was clear she did not read the pre-consultation message I had written.
But in the end imI did get the help I needed on the same day.
