Horrible store and worst after service Kushaka the manager is most unaccountable please donot buy anything from here

I had a terrible experience at Dropkick in Reem Mall, managed by Islam. The manager was completely unprofessional and deceptive, which caused me immense frustration and a total loss of trust in the brand.

I purchased a pair of shoes on the 7th of the month for AED 475. While buying, I noticed the shoes were defective and asked for a replacement. Instead of addressing my concern, Islam knowingly packed the same defective shoes, despite my request. When I opened the box later, I discovered the issue remained.

I had to travel back to the store from Dubai to Abu Dhabi to report the problem, only to face poor customer service. They refused to give me a refund and ignored my frustration. After repeated visits,

This entire ordeal lasted 18 days, during which the staff failed to follow up, showed no communication skills, and treated me disrespectfully. The manager seems more focused on keeping sales in the system than on providing professional service or respecting customers.

This was the most unprofessional and frustrating experience I’ve ever had. I urge Dropkick management to address this issue and take action to ensure no other customer faces such treatment.

Although my order was cancelled due to stock running out, money was refunded within 2 days.

Although my order was confirmed by the website,and as a raleplay to my email,regarding the long time of process,I suddenly find out by coincidence that my order is cancelled in my account in this lousy website
