Very good customer support,

The process of catching and transferring the domain was very easy (having never done this before).

The site is user friendly and the process didn't take long to complete. less than an hour after the domain was caught, the website was up and running.

I don't need to do this very often, but when faced with trying to secure an expiring domain I thought I would be spending frequent visits to my registrar to see if the domain was indeed released. Then I discovered dropped.uk and no more worries or tedium. For a very reasonable fee they do the watching and nab it as soon as possible. A simple service, straightforward to use and works perfectly. Just followed the steps and it all worked perfectly. (Well, I did spend a few minutes trying to find out what an 'IPS tag' is.)

I found dropped.uk on some online forum for backordering a uk domain. I read the process online and all the FAQs and backordered the domain I wanted. There were still somethings I was not entirely clear about (the process of transferring the domain to the registrar of your choice) but Guy from the support email was extremely guiding and helpful. I was slightly worried when I saw something online where dropped.uk was not able to secure a domain however at 00:23 this morning I was charged £35 and the domain was caught for me. The process of setting the registrant and tag was extremely easy but it did take around 20/30 mins for namecheap to process the transfer (but that was all on Namecheaps end since I had changed the tag).
Overall, dropped.uk has been a very pleasant experience but for me, the support and quick informative replies from Guy were a big factor.

I was a bit confused about catching dropped domains so spent quite a bit of time researching the market to find someone reputable. Guy is an expert in this area and answered all of my questions clearly. Got our domain name caught on the day it was due to drop, total price £35.00 and effortlessly transferred to my ISP. We've been using Dropped UK for a long time now. I can highly recommend them for any .co.uk or .uk domain catching.

This worked like a dream. Half way through the day that it was due to become available I received an email from Dropped saying that they had caught it. Within a few minutes I had changed the tag and transferred it across to my provider. This was a domain name that was originally mine for many years, had accidentally elapsed and a third party had been sitting on it ever since. Very happy to be reunited with it, thanks to the Dropped service.

Excellent service which is effectively free, you only pay if the domain is caught. The designed tool is easy to use and clean in interface, no advertisements on the website and the emails are straight-forward. I was able to catch the domain I wanted with this and I would recommend to others.

Wasn't really sure about the whole process of catching a domain name. However, this turned out to be a very simple process and no card details entered until I had won the domain. Very pleased and helpful staff 👍

Fantastic service! First attempt at trying to catch a domain name that I have wanted for a while, but didn't think for one minute I would get it! Email received on the morning of the date it was due to drop informing me that the domain had been caught :-) Such a simple process to make payment and transferred to my hosting provider and showing it was registered in my name within an hour or two. Dropped.uk offers an unbeatable service!
I was very nervous and confused about the whole process, I read countless blog articles and signed up for a couple of other drop-catching services as well (which were both more expensive and more confusing). But Guy at Dropped.uk was the only one to take the time to explain it all to me in a way that made sense and with absolutely zero pressure.
And then they caught the domain as well! Absolutely fantastic service all round and for an amazing price. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Probably the best droplists out there right now. The subscription price is really cheap and the amount of features you get with that is unbeatable. You can trial the service beforehand and can even use it for free at a basic level. Can't fault Guy at all, really great at what he does. A genuine, honest bloke who goes above and beyond to help you.
