Amazing personable experience - so quick!!!
I ordered a pair of UGGs and emailed asking how long delivery would take; email response was immediate saying in about 10 days. I responded that earlier would be appreciated as it was a gift. One hour later, these boots were hand delivered to my door!!! This was incredible - such personable, rapid, thoughtful service!!!
