Very bad company and not taking responsibility of lost and misplaced items. Cannot rely upon where blocked all contactable links and e mail addresses after payment without dispatched until receive the ordered items.

BEWARE!! SCAM!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

I placed an order 12- 23. Never received it. Contacted customer service. What a joke. They said I received my order. Found my tracking email, my stuff was in Florida, where I live, then it was sent to Oklahoma! Still as 6-24 I have received nothing. They sent me some cheap a$$ ear pods. I ordered a product for my tinnitus. There were no instructions with this crap. Finally fed up, I contacted the BBB. Dravsi will not respond. Stay as far away as you can from this company. Theives.

I did not authorise a payment for items on their page and they went through with the purchase anyway

When trying to reach their support team to cancel the order, no one returned contact and proceeded anyway

I whole to never have to deal with company again and would advise others not to with their unprofessional conduct

I ordered the skin tag spray and never received it. And I tried to get through to the company and it say there is no web site for Drovasi.me. Another scam. I posted it on FB hope no one else gets scammed

Ordered Lung Spray #DVA120561 on 03-27-1924 paid $25.96 and still haven't received it. When can I expect it or my money back?

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I ordered acupoint massaging ear clips. For $35, they sent me 1 headphone, which won't even charge. This is a huge scam!

I ordered a mucus cleansing device (as advertised on Facebook) from this "company" and they sent me cheap bit of plastic, a "Noselift Sculpting Device", which is supposed to be used for cosmetic purposes. It has absolutely nothing to do with cleansing sinuses and is not the product I ordered. After sending Drovasi photos of the product I had received, to prove that they had sent me the wrong product, they purported to carry out an investigation but concluded that no further action was required from their end! They failed to send me the product I ordered and refuse to correct their mistake or refund my money and have effectively stolen my money. Unless you want to be scammed, do not go anywhere near Drovasi. Facebook should not be advertising products that are being used to scam people either.
I have just found out that instead of using its name Drovasi, in your bank transactions record, it used ABT MarkteMusik and they have debited my account twice: one payment for £26.53 and the other for £31.48. Drovasi is nothing less than a criminal organisation and its business is not selling products at all, its business is fraud.

Company charged me 2x for product and never arrived.
No possible way to contact them and their phone number is busy 24/7
This company is a 100 % SCAM
Do not order from them...

I placed an order either them on Jan. 6, 2024 and I am still waiting for my order a d I can't reach them through email. Please be careful I am filing a complaint against them as I speak.

They toke money from my card a second time without my consent, after I purchased something from them a week before.. Glad I realised if not they would kept the money. Anyone bought something from this guys, check your bank account and I advice to block and change your bank card.. Be very careful of this, avoid to purchase anything. They are fraudlend and I'm taking seriously legal action.

I will definately not use them anymore and my advice don't buy nothing from this site. They are fraudulent

I looked at two items and added them to my cart to save and look at later they put my payment through taken the money out of my account I have no email of confirmation of this purchase as I didn't make a purchase absolutely fuming

I had to chase delivery for the ab sculpture order I had placed and then on receipt within 4 days it had burnt out!! I messaged the company with photos and had to chase again for a response. They responded outside of their so called 10 day return policy so I had to respond detailing the dates of emails and chasing to show we had reported within their 10 day policy but have now been told we should have reported on delivery. Given the problem didn't happen until 4 days of use this is a ridiculous request! I am still fighting for a refund but would NEVER NEVER buy from them again. AVOID AT ALL COST AND YES I'M SHOUTING!!!!

ORDER #DVA18081 since 07/10/2022 and never received the product. Contacted the support team, poor service. Until now 14/05/2023 still no product and no refund. I definitely not recommend them

This company is awful I wish I would have looked at the reviews do not order from them I purchased stomache patches from them they took 2 payments from me I have emailed them like 5 times abd showed them proof of the 2 payments I asked them to give me my money back that they have stoled from me and nothing no respond no package yet either im very disappointed.

I revieved a posture correcting device , no heat no ultrasonic anything they are selling a $7.95 item at Walmart with “alternate usage” for $29 plus shipping paid $35 then had to pay shippingto the mail carrier as well you revieve a FALSE FAKE product ! Just throw $40 in the trash can right now and move on! Tried to get refund the service Sucks too Chinese crap advertised falsely to rip off as many people as they can with false claims that a product they couldnt sell for a completely different purpose being rebranded for a false purpose!! SHAME ON THEM !!!
