Excellent service!
Contacted a few local companies for quotes for new uPVC windows and went with Droylsden Glass purely because of the customer service. The quoted prices were all more or less the same but the difference in the contact, advice and attention from their sales advisor Nigel was second to none. From arranging the date of the visit with the receptionist to the visit from the surveyor everything has been on time and we havent had to chase for anything. Nigel was extremely personable, answered all our questions and explained fully the options and requirements and giving advice. He has constantly kept us updated by email and phone. We have yet to have the windows fitted but am very pleased so far and would definitely recommend!

New Car Port
Steve and his colleague did an excellent job installing our new car port. Some adjustments were necessary on site and these were discussed and agreed with me. All the work has been done to a high standard and the whole area was left clean and tidy. The new structure looks great. The staff in the office were all very helpful during the ordering process as well. Many thanks to all.

Attentive aftercare
The aftercare from the team in particular from Becky one of the service managers was outstanding. I had a problem with the door, fixed in next to no time, I am always made to feel like I am a highly valued customer and also made to feel like no issue is to small for their time.
