Dropshipping - but good pen
This is a dropshipping business. For those that don't know: They are just putting an order on your behalf to the wholesaler. Supply comes from China, so be aware that it will take up to 14 days to arrive at your home in the UK.
I didn't receive any update on my order until I reached the customer centre. The tracking number that was given to me was useless, as the pen was shipped from China, without a clear ETA.
In the end, and after 13 days, I received my pen, and everything is working fine without any issues (I've used it 3 times so far).
All in all, I would recommend this site as long as you're aware that it's a dropshipping.

Quite possibly a fake
Quite possibly a fake, staff intentionally difficult. Wouldn’t recommend. Official Dr Pen US distributor said that they don’t recognise this seller and could be fakes.
