XPO Depot was amazing. They even took it out of the shipping crate so I could get it in my vehicle. Warranty extension
I called to extend the warranty on our brush trimmer. The person I talked to looked up the invoice gave me a price, I paid with a credit card, and an order confirmation was emailed. The transaction went very smoothly.

Great Performance and Sales -- we are expanding our DR Power Tools
We have purchased DR Power Equipment several times during the past 25 years. Our splitter and chipper have lasted and worked very well for us -- and are still going after about 25 years each. We just purchased a DR Walk Behind Mower directly from DR. Curt was our salesperson -- he was extremely knowledgeable and able answer every question, as well as help ensure the mower arrives when it best meets our schedule.

I spoke to Dr about my walk behind mower 28 Aug 2025. I ordered a cable to engage the wheels and a drive belt. The lady was helpful and said, Sept 12. I called again in Oct and was told that they were moving to a new building and that the items would be sent out shortly. I spoke to Mike at Dr mower in Nov and he said that I would receive the parts in a week. Mike is a liar. I called in Dec and spoke to an older lady and described the situation. As of today, 1 Jan 2026. I'm still waiting. This is one of those companies that's all sale and no service. Don't walk away, run.

Last order with this company, no customer service
I ordered replacement wheels Aug. 21 of this year 2025. They did not ship until Oct. 24 of this year. I asked to cancel, I had already purchased them somewhere else, but they couldnt/wouldnt. I refused delivery Oct 28th. They were received by Generac on Nov 3rd.I just received a return order number on Dec 23. saying that I needed to ship the wheels back. The same wheels that they already received back on Nov 3rd.

that where they shipped the machine which is still sitting on the pallet in my front doorway because one thats not where I wanted it , two there arent any leaves in florida to vaccum and Im guessing it doesnt work on Palm fronds. I notified them in less than 24 hours after I got confirmation and realized they have wrong address. I notified them again a day later because I got no response, I got a response on my 3rd email to them, saying the machine was already on the truck and they would notify the carrier to reroute to NJ coming from New England , I didnt think that was a majpr issue regardless I'd still have to pay for additional service. About a week later, it was sitting on my Florida doorstep and now over a month has gone by, no response, no resolution and no apology

Stump Grinder Electric Start
I purchased an electric start stump grinder through my LLC to use on two empty lots I own soni could write it off. However, it broke with only 4.1 hours and then they tell me because it for "commercial" use I can't have the warranty. Be careful purchasing from DR Power. Even if you buy it for personal use, good luck getting it fixed. It's been at the shop for 6 weeks.
