I was very nervous traveling to a foreign country for a major surgery. However seen results of my friend that used Dr. Manav, and results of online posted patients and I was convinced that I would only trust him to do my surgery.
The whole experience was great. Everything is so well organized and perfectly set up. Everything is thought after. We were picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel. We had a very nice room. Hotel provides 24/7 nursing care. Breakfast provided and included in cost. Breakfast was great! All transfers to the hospital and Dr. office were arranged and transportation was always on time, I got my blood work and met anesthesiologist day before surgery. I had a visit with Dr. Manav day before the surgery, where we went over everything we planned on doing and he answered all my questions and talked about details of surgery. Surgery took place the next day. Surgery went well, I woke up in my room. Dr. Stopped by and stated that everything went well. I spend a night in the hospital with lots of icing and IV meds. Next day I went back to the hotel. Unfortunately my swelling was getting worse and worse, to where I had difficulty eating or drinking, next couple of days. Dr. Manav nurse came to see me every day. She would change dressing and send pictures to the Dr. Dr. Manav asked to see me and I went to see him on the 3rd post op day. He also was concerned about my severe swelling, which was not uncommon with my surgery. He immediately admitted me back to the hospital, started IV steroid, that made the world of difference. He came to see me everyday and his nurses stayed with me in a day time in addition to hospital nurses. I was discharged 2 days later feeling much better. Last f/u appointed went perfect, I was able to see amazing results already and was very happy with the whole experience. We were also able to do some sight seeing last few days and enjoy beautiful Istanbul!
I would highly recommend Dr. Manav and his entire team to anyone, looking for a great plastic surgeon, My results turned out above and beyond my expectations! I felt safe and well cared for by Dr. and his team.

Just arrived for surgery -unfortunately did not meet medical requirements, breathless & very overweight - Dr Safa Manav - could have just taken my monies, he was very truthful & kind. The plan is to lose more weight & less breathless to meet the surgery requirements , The staff could not do enough for me either with transfer services to checking I was ok at the hotel. This surgeon needs a medal - I shall be back in better health . Elif was the best too x

Dr. Safa outdid my expectations, especially for someone who had never done plastic surgery before and was extremely skeptical and scared. I have just reached my 3 month post op mark and I am so incredibly happy. I had a temporal lift, fat transfer and facelift. If you’re looking for an experienced surgeon to trust, I would highly recommend Dr Safa and his entire team (Belma, Elif and Buse). My entire experience was seamless from the initial what's app conversations with Belma who arranged everything for me and the initial contact person Elif (care coordinator) to my nurse Buse. I can't thank all three for the incredible support and attention they gave me while I was in Turkey and even afterwards now that I am back home. Elif was and still is God sent for me. The hospital was so impressive and all the staff were kind and compassionate. Dr. Safa is an incredible surgeon and I couldn't be more happy with his work and my results. I just returned home from my mommy makeover I had done with Dr. Safa (breast lift, augmentation, full tummy tuck with some lipo sculpting) and it was an absolutely incredible experience all around!
I’m not even two weeks post op, but I’m soo happy with my results already! It couldn’t have gone better. Dr Safa and his whole team were extremely kind and took such great care of my mom and I (she had an upper bleph) - the hospital was beautiful, the hotel was so accommodating with a great breakfast spread (we loved that!) it was comfortable and clean! The VIP transfers everywhere were also SO nice, I will miss that!
The whole experience start to now has been so smooth, I’m so happy I made this decision for my self and that I chose Dr Safa. I can’t recommend it enough!

After months of doing continued research on finding a right surgeon to do my face lift. I stumbled upon dr safa manav. This was a huge decision for me to have this procedure done, but after seeing all his results and hearing about his huge progress in face lifts in particular, I made the decision to book in and i couldn’t be happier with the results just 2 weeks down the line. I recently had an implant exchange (after one of my saline implants leaked) with a breast lift and I am very happy with my results. In fact, the whole experience was fantastic. The hotel has a 24 hour infirmary. The team is in touch with you daily. Dr Safa is very amicable and obviously very competent. I felt like I was in good, professional hands at all times throughout my 8 day stay.

I just left Turkey and had rhinoplasty done about 2 weeks ago. I am from the United States and I was very apprehensive about this. The entire procedure and process was seamless and exceeded my expectations. Dr Safa is very professional, kind and pays attention to every detail. I am pleased with the outcome and felt very safe with him.

I had facelift surgery over two months ago and I just wanna share what a great experience I had with Dr Manav and his team. First, Dr Manav is a serious professional, and although he does not speak English very well, I found him be very engaging, and cares greatly for his patient’s well-being. Second, when having plastic surgery, aftercare is so important. His support team was fantastic. Elif, my coordinator, from day one, was there every step of the way to help. Her English is excellent. Elif went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed to have the best possible experience. When you are having plastic surgery, especially in a foreign country, it can feel disorienting. For that reason, it is so important that you feel well cared for. Elif truly cares and it showed. When my wife was unable to join me, Elif immediately scheduled a private nurse to be by my side at the hospital after surgery, for the whole night. That night, I was so fortunate to then have Aleyna by my side, just such a caring lovely person. She was wonderful! After the 24 hours, I was transferred to the hotel, which really specializes in surgery aftercare. For my aftercare at the hotel, Buse, Dr. Manav‘s nurse, would stop by on a daily basis to check on me. She always came in bright and cheery, and made sure my recovery was going well; another member of the team that truly shined. I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Manav and his fantastic team. They really cared, and that made all the difference.

I had my surgery with Dr. Safa Manav on February 14 — a mid-face lift, eyelid blepharoplasty, and neck lift. I’m extremely happy with the results! Dr Safa and his team have been absolutely fantastic. I was extremely anxious when considering coming to Istanbul for surgery, after talking with the coordinators Fatih and Elif they answered every single one of my questions and nothing was to much trouble for them. The care I received from leaving the airport in Istanbul until leaving to go home has been outstanding. I am currently 7 days post op (breast lift and implants) and I am seeing my results improve day by day. I am extremely excited to see my final results. I would recommend surgery with Dr Safa whole heartedly he is phenomenal!

Dr Manav is an artist and very gentle. He does not upsell. His staff are attentive and lovely to deal with. Our nurse, Buse and coordinator Elif were great and explained everything we needed for this experience.
Highly recommended.

He completed the surgery for all four of us His Coordinator Janan is also very cooperative,active girl, without her, our staying would not have achieved our goal.
