Professionalism was lacking in my opinion. I didn't feel comfortable when someone was coming into the office every minute and interrupted. Besides, I had the impression that the lady making the scans had a huge problem with it. At the very end, I was very disappointed that she was not able to answer my questions. After the conversation,we had I felt quite discouraged.

Really great atmosphere, I get respond to all my question and get all of the needed information about next steps.

My mouth hurts. They weren’t talkative and i don’t know too much.

Dentists was too busy doing her job. One thing they made was 3d scan by assisstants. No time for any questions, no time for answers after. She told me I will get every informations by e-mail.

I liked the place, its highfasion style and profesional equipment. I also liked Uber vouchers. Unfortunately I don't have a good impression on the person who was running the visit. She didn't introduce herself not by name or profession she is doing, I had no idea if she was a dentist at all. She gave me documents to fill without a word or any explanation. Not very kind. I didn't feel taken care by her.

the office in which the visit took place was very dirty and neglected. there were blood stains on the equipment. The woman who took the scan was very rude. She did not answer any of the questions. She wouldn't even let them be asked completely. Despite the arranged visit, I waited a long time to be admitted to the office. The lady performing the dental scan did not follow the basic rules of hygiene. she left the office and stopped the examination.

The lady who took care of me was very nice and did her job professionally

1. Scanning: Very efficient and professional scanning, it took 30 min, the dentist was professional, explained well the scanning process.
2. Treatment. The treatment plan was ready within 2 or 3 days. The guy on the phone explained all nitty-gritty details
3. Delivery: Aligners were delivered fast (7 days later).
4. Experience: I'm near to the end of my treatment (7 out 8 aligners). I'm already pleasantly surprised with the results. I had a diastema (about 2 mm). Some visible progress was visible at number 4, at number 7 my diastema practically gone.
Before the treatment I was afraid that the level of discomfort will be rather high. I heard stories from folks wearing classic braces, but my levels of discomfort were rather low. Aligner 1: It took around 2 days to get used to wearing something on your teeth. The highest level of discomfort (moderate) was with the aligner 2 but filing and some Protefix helped. It was caused by the aligner pressing on the gum in a spot that the aligner 2 did not press. After that I felt some pressure on teeth throughout the day 1 but the aligners were fitting nicely on the next morning. Aligners are really invisible and discrete, I have a job were I speak a lot, first to days where a bit tougher but then I got used and nobody commented that I lisp or have any speech impediment.

they invited several people to the same hour. The lady did not change gloves. I had to point out it was disgusting. element to the mouth, with a radius of photos too large. painful. the meeting itself is not considered successful.

Although it seemed there was some confusion with my appointment the dentist handling everything was very professional and cheerful as well as kind, I would recommend Dr Smile to everyone I know! :)

Professional and friendly service at the vilamed clinic

I highly recommend Dr Smile dental treatment as it is very convenient to use. The dentists are all extremely helpful and the delivery of the aligners is very fast and everything is included in the box. The app is very handy and if there was ever an issue a friendly customer service agent was always there to help through English.

I am very pleased with the results of wearing the overlays DR SMILE, I am in the middle of the treatment and I can already see a big difference. I had very large crowding on my lower dental arch and I can already see how nicely these teeth are aligning to the arch. The overlays are not noticeable, which I really wanted. I honestly recommed to all :)

Went to the appointment in Berlin. Nice staff. Currently in treatment and everything going according to the plan.
