First of all despite saying one size fits all this is not true. Secondly with all the pulling and tuggng to get the sock over my heel the stitches holding the top band to the body came apart rendering the sock useless. MY RECOMMENDATION IS DO
NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. THE COMPANY ADDRESS IS NOT ON THE PACKAGING WHICH INDICATES TO ME THAT THEY KNOW IT IS AN INFERIOR PRODUCT AND THEY DO NOT WANT ANY COMEBACK

I am very disappointed with this Dr Socks company because their socks are so small and definitely do not fit the average foot. the Dr Socks description have certainly been seriously misrepresented by this company.I mailed three pairs of socks back to their nominated address in Idaho,United States on 21 August,2024 by registered post.The socks were delivered on 3 September,2024 and to date I have not received my full refund.I would warn any potential customers about any future dealings with Dr Socks. signed Ian McCarthy 01/10/2024.

Terrible experience ordering them —- overcharged me for the 5 pairs that I ordered, plus tacked-on another fee for ‘extended protection’ HA!

I am contacting mt credit card company to dispute this NONSENSE!

These socks are very small and VERY tight. They do compress the swelling pretty well but they are very difficult to put on and even more difficult to take off. They are not suitable unless you have the strength in your arms to pull, pull, pull them on and off. Not good for the elderly, frail, or disabled. Again, if you can get them on and off they do work

I find the socks very difficult to put on and I am concerned that they leave a pressure mark from the top of the sock.

THESE SOCKS ARE FOR A SMALL CHILD NOT AN ADULT. DO NOT PURCHASE.
I want a REFUND!

I ordered one pair of socks as a trial. I was sent two shipments totaling 13 pairs of socks which I had not ordered. I returned all socks to the return address on the shipping label and have saved documentation of the shipping. Moreover, the one pair of socks which I did receive did not fit and were not as described. That pair too was returned. Bottom line is this outfit ships merchandise which has not been ordered and then charges to your credit card.

This is my final review of this pack of shysters, before I take appropriate action. Having returned the items I purchased from this dispicable company, some 2 months ago, I've received no refund or communication.

Firstly one size does not fit all
Secondly I ordered 2 pairs at around £9.99 pr pair with one extra pair free 0f charge as pr the offer.
I was charged £32.40 in total which is uncorrect.After I complained my shipping cost of £4.45 was refunded.
I then complained again about the overall cost charged but recieved no reply.
Dont use this company otherwise you WILL get cheated

The One size fits all is BOGUS. The socks are somewhere in the size 5 (Mens U.S.) size range. I wear a size 11-12 U.S. Mens shoe size... and could not even get them on. Pitiful. After reading reviews and complaints I am going to attempt to be reimbursed thru my credit card provider. TOTAL SCAM!

I ordered 2 pairs, at checkout it went to 5 pairs. I immediately requested a change through their customer support website portal.
Whether it was my mistake or nuances on the web site, they did not answer for 3 days.
In the meantime they sent an automated response stating that they had shipped the goods.
This is despite me requesting a change days prior to dispatch.
Customer support finally responded saying there was nothing they could do as the goods were shipped.
I disputed this via email and pointed out all of the above.
No positive outcome.
Do not deal with this company. The goods certainly do not match the pricing. They can be purchased from China for around $2.00

A friendly well run hotel in a great location for the beach and shops in which the manager and staff deserve 10/10 for their attention to detail. Nothing is too much trouble for them as me and my wife found out on our first night there. My wife was ill and rushed to hospital to have her gall bladder removed, everything went well except for the insurance company and the millions of phone calls to get things sorted. That's when the manager Jeeps ( an abbreviation of his French name, Jean-Paul I think) stepped up to the mark and was invaluable to me and my wife making sure we had everything and contacting the insurance company for us. The reception staff deserve a mention as everyone was worried, genuinely, about my wife and when she was discharged meals were brought to our poolside room every day as she was still bedridden. I can honestly say the Palmiste Hotel will always be top of the list for me. Thanks Jeeps, even if you are a Liverpool nut.

OMG... this is the worst purchase I have ever made online. Socks are advertised as 'one size fits all'. I wear a size 13 shoe but could not even get these socks over my heel. Almost zero stretch in the fabric. I asked for a refund and was offered a partial refund if I did not return the items. I felt so embarrassed about this purchase I took the partial payment and threw the socks out. Don't waste your money on these socks.

The advatorial came up on my microsoft news page . I nearly bought as I suffer from Nuropathy. I clicked of the option of buy two get 1 free . I cheked the price summary and it didnt add up,so I checked the options again and low and behold a differet offer of 5 pairs had been highlighted. I unchecked this offer and rechecked my original Buy two offer , the price had reduced but it was still 8 GBP more than it should have been.I then figured let me do a search on this product and this is how i arrived here on Trustpilot . Im always pretty dilligent about reserching first , especially using Trustpilot as a trusted guide, I think the way it was presented and the platform used (Microsoft) They nearly got me !

Does anybody really think a cheap pair of socks with no toe end can cure the myriad of problems this company state feet can cause? Absolute scam.

I ordered a pair of socks on April 9. On the order page, somehow 1 pair became 5 pairs so I immediately emailed customer service. They responded but didn't act to cancel the pick ticket until it was too late and they had shipped. I returned the entire package on 4/22 and confirmed delivery 4/24, but I had to call to get the credit process started. In addition to the socks, shipping and taxes, I was billed for Expedited Processing, a Promo Deal (??), and Extended Protection, none of which I ordered but which they insist cannot be refunded.

I bought these socks for an old injury. I purchased online. I should’ve done more research. Desperate for relief on my foot and leg. I purchased them. First package the stitching came undone with the first pair. I was so disappointed didn’t even attempt to open another package. Poor quality socks and never ever read what others are putting on the reviews. The socks are so small and I have skinny feet and they were also very hard to put on. Waste of money let’s see if they respond to my email and refund me my money.
