I had an issue with my order, my fault. The Dr Squatch team took care of me. 10 out of 10

To start, the delivery of the items were in packaging that kept everything neat and tidy. As for the product, I got the the fresh falls shampoo and conditioner.

Originally, I had been using shampoos and body washes like Dove, Old Spice, or other brands and they were drying out my hair far too much. My hair became very dry and brittle as a result and as I get older, my hair is also thinning. Not good. It caused weird situations with my hair where I would get too oily after not washing and only using water, and too dry after a shower.

With Dr. Squatch shampoo and conditioner, I immediately noticed a huge difference in my hair. My hair was no longer super dry and getting tangled. It's also made my hair have a natural shine and softness. When it's an off-day to not use the shampoo, the conditioner keeps my hair looking fuller/ healthier.

I also used the product for my moderately long beard as well. Between my beard and my hair, I notice big differences in how it feels AND how it smells. The scent of Dr. Squatch shampoo and conditioner stays on for a very long time, even well after I've worked a full day and come home sweaty from working hard.

With a widow's peak, I'm not sure how much longer I'll have a lot of hair. But, one things for certain: I will be using more Dr. Squatch products. I plan to try their body wash/ soap next!

Ordered a total of 2 times from their website. Both times there was a bar missing. Proceed with caution.

Smells good but a little expensive for the amount you get

I love the soap! About 90% of the products I have bought i have loved and wanted more of! Sucks not all Dr Squatch products can be shipped to Canada! There are so many like Friday night, and lumber jack soap I really wanna try!! But almost every product i do get is amazing ive shown friends and recommend it to alot of ppl and they all are happy with there products too!!

Very slow first delivery , started to suspect a scam.

I love your products. I have 2 adult sons that I buy them for also and they love it. Quality is high and delivery is pretty quick.

They smell good but are flavor less.

The customer service

Price is reasonable compared to other brands. Being able to pick and choose over a very large inventory is easy and so much better than other guys! Very pleased so far with everything I ordered, time will tell. I hope I have found my answer to a better personal hygiene routine than I had with all that mass produced chemical stuff I use to use! Thank you guys!

Great products

I prefer medium to heavy grit soaps and got only one out of all of them. True I failed to review my options before the order but have in the past suggested more gritty soap scents.

Helpful customer service! I appreciate getting the new scent in the mail. I have been using Squatch for years and plan to continue to do so!
