I had both an endoscopic temporal lift and a rhinoplasty, and I’m genuinely so happy with my entire experience and results. From the moment I arrived, everything felt organised, professional, and reassuring. The hospital itself was spotless — extremely clean, well‑maintained, and clearly run by a team who know exactly what they’re doing. It gave me a lot of confidence going into surgery.

I also want to highlight Dr. Süleyman, because his kindness and calm manner made such a difference. He has a very reassuring presence and makes you feel comfortable, listened to, and genuinely cared for. I’m so glad I chose him. His work is honestly a work of art, the results are natural, refined, and beautifully balanced without looking overdone.

A special mention goes to Alara, who supported me throughout the whole journey. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and always available whenever I needed help or had questions. Whether it was guidance before surgery or reassurance during recovery, she made everything feel smooth and stress‑free.

Recovery for both procedures went better than expected. Swelling settled gradually, and by around the 10‑week mark my lift looked naturally lifted and my nose had already started refining beautifully. Scars are minimal and well‑hidden.

Overall, I’m really happy with my results and the level of care I received. I’d confidently recommend this clinic if you want natural, refreshed results with a surgeon who is both talented and genuinely kind, supported by staff who truly look after you, in a hospital that is exceptionally clean and professional.

I had a lower facelift in May 2025. The surgery was performed while I was awake as i was advised it was an easy simple procedure. It was bearable, but not comfortable. I was surrounded by a full surgical team, it felt quite invasive. In hindsight, I would have much preferred a general anaesthetic.
Once the swelling and initial tightness settled, the results were not what I had hoped for. While my jowls are slightly improved, they are not as lifted or tight as was suggested. Considering the cost and the visible scarring, the result is not worth such a small change.
At around 7 months post-op, I reached out to ask if there were any follow up treatments that might improve my results. I was more than willing to return for a consultation, but my message was completely ignored. The lack of response feels very dismissive.
There is no aftercare support, especially if you are travelling from abroad for treatment. Overall, this has been a disappointing unprofessional experience.

I came to see Dr.OZER for an umbilical hernia issue that I have had for at least 13 years and discovered that I also have diastasis recti. I saw five different doctors in Istanbul, and I felt the most comfortable with him because his approach was professional, based on my medical needs and not just aesthetics. I felt like he brought a very balanced approach and was the one who suggested the most minimal invasion for my body while giving the most sound medical advice. His clinic is upscale but welcoming, the staff were all incredibly kind, the hospital stay was truly amazing and all around an experience that I would highly recommend for anyone needing care.

First of all, I would like to extend my endless gratitude to my dear doctor, Süleyman ÖZER, and his amazing team. I’d like to briefly share my experience. I initially went for upper and lower eyelid surgery (as I thought I needed it), but my doctor explained that even if I had this procedure, it wouldn’t give me the result I wanted and that it wouldn’t suit my face. Instead, he listed all the procedures that should be done from a truly professional perspective — including fox eyes, midface lift, and temporal lift surgeries.
He genuinely did everything he could to help me achieve the result I had always dreamed of. We immediately set a surgery date, and I underwent the fox eyes, midface lift, and temporal lift procedures. Being operated on by such an experienced and professional doctor was truly a blessing for me. Even though it is still very recent, I can already see that I’ve reached the result I envisioned.
Throughout both the pre- and post-operative process, my doctor and his entire team never once lacked attention or care. Everything went exactly as I had imagined. On 24/01/25 I traveled from London to Turkey to fix my hernia. The clinic promised me that a nurse would be with me 24 hours a day and that I wouldn’t need anyone else. Four days later after I my hernia surgery. I changed my flight and decided to do additional procedures — breast augmentation and a temporal eye lift.
The moment they received the money, the Dr Süleyman Ozer rushed in, drew some quick lines, and everything felt chaotic and unprofessional. I was scared and wanted to change my mind, but at that point I felt I couldn’t step back. After surgery, I remember being pulled around by nurses, vomiting, and lying in a hospital bed for four days in terrible pain. During that time, the doctor and his team never checked on me once. On Tuesday the doctor finally appeared and admitted he had been away on holiday while I was suffering.

He was in a rush, ordered a blood transfusion, and pushed to send me to the hotel. When I complained about my left eye, he didn’t even examine me — he just said “everything is normal.” Later in London, I understood that my eye had actually been damaged with something sharp. I could have lost my eye.
They also charged me extra for things like painkillers and garments, which should have been included. My breast scars are horrible, and worst of all, my hernia was never properly fixed. I suffered eight months of pain, got an infection, and finally required an emergency surgery in London to repair the hernia.
I trusted this clinic with my health and my life, and what I experienced was negligence and indifference. Please, if you value your health, do not make the same mistake I did. Do your research and never trust empty promises. What they call “normal” is not normal — it is dangerous.

I got temporal lift surgery with Dr Süleyman. I came here from Toronto and I am so happy with everything so far. The staff and the doctor was lovely and helped me out a lot. The doctors assistant Miray helped me out and explained everything perfectly, all the staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I stayed here for 6 days and I am healing very nicely so far. If you want to get a facelift or temporal lift I recommend Dr Süleyman Ozer
