Everything about my experience has been positive from the welcoming receptionist to the clinicians themselves. I was confused by the many types of treatments offered but Dr Rishi explained my options honestly and explained the procedures clearly. I've had 3 sessions of RF microneedling I've seen some great results.

The team are friendly and welcoming and I've always been seen on time. Booking and rearranging appointments has been easy. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Dr. Tatiana is better than the fountain of youth. She not only restores youth, but she also makes you look better than you ever did. She really took her time with me, both in the consultation itself, and thereafter whilst she treated me. In addition to being aesthetically intuitive, she really listened to my needs. What she did with filler on my tear troughs, temples and cheekbones was even beyond my expectations. For me, she's a game changer.

I am an international visitor from Spain; I wanted to visit doctors Tatiana and Rishi because of the recommendations of colleagues and because of the good reputation they have. The great knowledge of the procedures, superb facilities, state-of-the-art technology and above all the affection with which they treat patients exceeded my expectations. I recommend it 100% as a medical visitor or as a patient, you will be surprised!

In Dr Tatiana and Dr Rishi clinic.. when you think you have seen all... you are soooo wrong.. Each Doctor brings something new to your skin, they bring their best, they offer you the best.. I started with Dr Tatiana beautiful Doctor with a great heart and passion for her work.. My working patterns and hers started to fall apart.. she needed to combine a wonderful work as a doctor and a wonderful work as a mum.. so I was introduced to the wonderful Dr Sepi always ready to go an extra mile for her clients..one day out of curiosity I tried Dr Rishi.. And what a found was perfection on his treatment.. I will recommend for your skin care Dr Tatiana + Dr Rishi clinic because doesn't matter who will treat you.. Your skin will always be in the best hands.. A wonderful team of doctors and receptionist with a beautiful customer service care.. Thank you to all ❤️

The best aesthetic clinic I've come across in London.

I have been Dr Rishi's patient for over 3 years now. I used to go to another doctor prior to that to do my botox and lips but came across Dr Tatiana's clinic on Instagram. During my first visit, Dr Rishi suggested how he could improve the shape of my lips (not simply add more filler which is what I initially asked for). That appointment was the beginning of an amazing face transformation for me. I have added other treatments over time as I wanted to combat ageing and change the shape of my face. Dr Rishi has achieved just that and, as people say, I do not look like I've had anything done... I pray he is my doctor forever!

Now, on the more practical side, when I first came across the clinic, I think it was mentioned by one of the influencers I follow. I made an enquiry re: prices expecting something extortionate but I was positively surprised - the prices are fair and reasonable - and, for what is on offer at the clinic, they could get away with charging the 'Harley Street' prices - but they do not do that. The quality of care is incredible. They exercise the 'less is more' approach, so, for example, yesterday, we discussed what I wanted to do and how to get the result I want with fewer treatments. To be clear, I am a 'more is more' person so I would be happy to do more treatments but hard selling is not the policy there. They actually want you to look your best and are very measured and considerate.

I have also been seeing Gabriella for my skin treatments - amazing lady - very good at what she does and super nice to chat to.

Knowing I have an appointment scheduled always puts me in a good mood - I normally come to the clinic on weekends and always look forward to seeing Sara who is an amazing patient coordinator and has become a friend by now!

Dr. Rishi and his are just amazing! So kind and patient. They made sure that I was comfortable with my appointment.

I am very happy with the result!

I have been a patient of Dr Rishi for over 2 years and I couldn't recommend him or the practice more. I had my very first Botox treatment and filler (tear drop) and the results are not only very natural, but lasted long. I always felt very comfortable (even if I hate needles!) and Dr. Rishi has managed to make me feel at ease. Highly recommend him and Dr. Tatiana.

After visiting Tatiana for my derma filler I couldn't be happier with how natural my lips look. She understood exactly what I wanted to achieve and takes her time to get them looking perfect. Where do I even start? I love this clinic so much. I recently went back to have some botox done 3 weeks before my wedding and the team were as lovely as always. Their customer service and expertise is incredible!!

I cannot recommend the Dr Tatiana clinic enough. I have always suffered with my skin and 6 years ago I had some treatments carried out by another clinic which was a horrible experience. It took me this long to finally pluck up the courage to try and do something about my skin again. I had my consultation with Gabbi back in March who made me feel so at ease and comfortable. I have just had my first treatment of skin peel and excel v laser and already I have noticed a difference in the texture and redness of my skin. I can’t tell you what a different experience this was.
The clinic is so clean, welcoming and friendly! Sara on reception is so lovely and can’t help you enough, from answering my concerns in an email to making you feel comfortable when you arrive. Gabbi spent so much time with me going through my concerns and explaining how the treatment works and what I can expect afterwards. I have just started my skin journey and I am really excited to see how my skin will look at the end of my treatments, I totally trust Gabbi and felt in such safe hands, I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. So glad I made that first appointment!

I had the most incredible experience for my secret rf .To begin with I had cancelled and rebooked a few times as I was very nervous .Had read and been told by friends that it was excruciating and a Dr in NYC had even said I shouldn't or couldn't do it as my pain threshold was super low .Safe to say in Dr Rishi hands it was painless .He took so much time to patiently explain it all and I never felt rushed or made to feel i was over reacting .I called in Sarah to hold my hand through it and she did that cheerfully .Really the best experience and I would fly back from wherever I am to do the 2nd and 3 rd treatment .My skin looks amazing so a very very happy camper all around !!

Fantastic experience. Dr. Massi is incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. He patiently conducted the treatment while my baby was in the pram next to me. He also explained differences between treatments and pros and cons. I am super happy and had a wonderful experience.

I have seen Dr Rishi for Botox and Filler and it's been a brilliant experience. The whole team there are so lovely and caring. You can discuss in detail what you'd like to achieve with no pressure, and you are asked for consent and asked if you are OK throughout your treatments. It's all kept very natural, and I love the results!

From the moment you walk in your greeted by a smile from Kristina , always asking how you are 🤗 My second treatment with Gabriella ExcelIV laser amazing , consultation so through and explained so well , questions answered beautifully.. reassuring during the treatment and explaining everything as it was carried out , after care explained on how to use the creams and also always at an end of a phone , which really is reassuring … just the best experience for me and my melasma so far .. thankyou Dr Tatiana and her amazing team … so grateful 🙏🏽
