First of all, I can sincerely say that if you are truly looking for a doctor who does their job with great care, inspires trust, and is highly successful in their field, then you are definitely in the right place. Even a single conversation with my doctor was enough for me to feel completely confident and at ease. His experience, approach, and calm demeanor were clearly evident from our very first meeting.

As for my surgery process, my doctor promised that there would be no bruising or pain after the operation, and he truly kept his word. I honestly went through a much easier closed rhinoplasty than I had ever expected. I experienced neither significant pain nor any bruising that would affect my morale. The entire process was smooth, comfortable, and problem-free.

I would also like to emphasize that the fact that this technique is performed by only a limited number of doctors is a clear indication of how meticulous and professional his work is. Despite being someone who is normally very afraid of medical procedures and cannot even give blood, I underwent this surgery with complete peace of mind. For me, this was a very big step, and being able to go through with it was entirely thanks to the trust my doctor gave me.

My doctor’s care and support did not decrease after the surgery either. I am currently in my second month post-operation and I attend all my follow-up appointments regularly. My Successful Closed Rhinoplasty Experience 😊
While I was doing some research online about nose surgery, I came across Dr. Tolga purely by chance. After reading so many positive and reassuring reviews about him, I decided to get in touch right away. He responded very quickly and made me feel confident from the very beginning.
During our first consultation, we discussed in detail what kind of nose I wanted, and we came to a mutual understanding. The surgery was performed using the closed rhinoplasty technique, and I experienced a smooth, painless, and scar-free process. It turned out to be much easier and more comfortable than I ever expected!
The surgery day went calmly and smoothly—much more relaxed than I anticipated. Best of all, I didn’t feel any pain at all! A week later, the splints were removed without any issues.

I had surgery by Dr. Tolga 2 weeks ago.

I’ve been looking for a doctor intensively for the last two years but i couldn’t fully trust any doctor. I met him through a friend who had a revision for her collapsed nose. When i went there, i thought if he could make that nose perfect, how could he make mine beautiful?

He has a very different aura, when he starts talking to you, you feel the trust that enters you immediately. "I will design your nose according to the golden ratio. I will make a nose more perfect than you want. You can be sure." When he said this, i said, "I found my doctor." He is never a monotonous doctor. He makes a different nose for each of his patients. Only Dr. Tolga could make me the natural Barbie nose that i’ve wanted for years. And that is what happened.

We decided to have a closed technique rhinoplasty. It was very important for me to have no scars during the procedure and to recover quickly but comfortably. Because i’m a teacher and i had to go back to school immediately. Closed technique rhinoplasty promised these things.

I was discharged after staying in the hospital for one night. I could move my mouth freely and since i had no stitches i could eat and drink whatever i wanted. On the fourth day i could take a shower without any problems, unless it was a steamy bathroom. By the fifth day i was completely back to myself. I only had minor aches and pains. But the reason i recovered so quickly was definitely because I had a closed technique rhinoplasty. I am happy we decided to do this.

He is also a very caring doctor. Whenever i had something on my mind after the surgery and reached out to him he got back to me right away. He still does that. He never takes his hands off you.

There was pressure in my ear and this was due to the pressure created by the curvature of the bone in the ear. I would like to add that my ear was completely open 6 hours after the surgery.
