Bad purchase and support experience.

Disappointed. I asked specifically about a product. When I received a reply I went back to the site and ordered it, not knowing that there are two similar products with identical photos but different properties. Ordered the wrong one with parts that were not needed for it, and they said nothing and just sent the wrong thing. Now they want me to pay to return it and pay again to deliver the correct replacement that I asked about (which doubles the price).
