very bad experience at the time of…

very bad experience at the time of warranty support. they are not able to repair or replace or fix the issue; they just want you to chat to their whatsapp number and then they said your area is not serviceable. then they said we can not say when i you miss shipping partner call then you pickup will be cancelled...after 1 month of long chase still my problem is not fixed

Don't use the product of Dr Trust..

If someone orders something from you and it arrives faulty, it will take 1 month to replace it, so reduce the amount.And they made things keeping in mind the climate and temperature of India.The heating pad that generates heat only feels like it is simply generating very low heat.

Even though I got my faulty product replaced, I still received the same defective piece.
And now when I complained, they said that there is no Jesus in our product, if you find any problem, you should courier the product to the service center.

Massager gun

Using the Dr. Trust Gun Massager for the last 1 week and it’s been really effective. It helps reduce muscle pain and stiffness, especially after long work hours. Easy to use, good vibration levels, and solid build quality. Totally worth the price.

LIKE, BUT THERE IS SOME CONDITION WHICH IS NOT SUITABLE TO CUSTOMER LIKE THE WARRANTY FORM HAS ONE CONDITION THAT IF YOU NOT FULFILL THE FORM THE WARRANTY IS NOT COVERED. BUT LAW SAYS THAT WARRNETY IS ABSOLUTLEY COVERED AFTER THE PRODUCTS DELIVERED TO THE CUSTOMER.

Technical support call should follow all purchases to resolve any issues For example Dr Physio stimulator has no polarity of electrodes which needs discussion with technical support personal

In warranty service no and steps to avail be mentioned clearly
