drugs rejected by Chicago customs and sent back. DMD wanted me to pay a SECOND tariff, second shipping, and second fee before they would reship. I demanded refund and they said cant do that and had to send them a clean bank check by mail before they would refund only the drug costs. THEY ARE THEIVES. BE WARNED YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONIES. HORRIBLE! I was with them for years, but over the past several months noticed a radical decline in service. The last subscription renewal they made my dr jump through hoops. Then, they told me it will take 6 weeks to arrive. Finally, they phoned to say that the pharmacy ran out of the medication & they'll let me know when it will be restocked. I went to another Canadian pharmacy and got the medication FROM THE SAME PHARMACY in 2 weeks. I realized that they didn't know that the products they sell can shorten or extend lives. This is medicine, not candy gumballs.

I just refilled a Rx online. I thought about doing it on the phone, but decided to do it online and, Renelle, the customer service person I dealt with today was very efficient.

I use DrugMartDirect.com because my Medicare counselor saw that two of my meds would have taken up most of my monthly costs. She had me try it to see if it worked, and I have had no problem. One med through Medicare was $263/month US, the other was $415/mo. At DMD.com, I could get 3 months of each altogether for $120. Here's the math: $120 x 4 = $480/year. 263+415 x 12 = $8136/yr. Guess which I chose!!! One customer here complained about individually bubble wrapped pills. One of my scripts comes the same way via DMD.com, but that is a MINISCULE problem compared to being out a total of $7656 a year just for TWO medications!!!!! Priorities, people!! I have used this site now for over 3 and a half years and have not ONCE been ripped off!

They keep bugging and bugging you about filling your prescriptions. They called and woke me up so early in the morning! I got so mad I cancelled my prescription!

Ordered 3 month supply of my medication. Received on a timely basis, HOWEVER!!! My tablets were sent to me on bubble cards!!! 180 tablets to be individually removed from the cards. NOT quality service.

Mixed performance. First order was handled well. Second order was shipped in a satisfactory eight days from time of placement, but never delivered. Replacement was promised on expedited basis, at the time of writing this it has not even shipped despite more than eight days elapsed since replacement order was placed. Customer service reps very pleasant, but failed to take responsibility for poor logistics. Keep shopping around for your go to Canadian pharmacy, this one is sketchy Edit to Add: It gets worse. Responding to my review, DrugmartDirect informed me that their supplier was "temporarily" suspended by the government, and that they anticipated it "might" reopen in two weeks, and that I should expect an additional 8 week delay after that. I cancelled, Note that there was no affirmative action by them to let me know that after the first shipment went astray, not only would the replacement not be expedited, it would be delayed for an indeterminate number of MONTHS. Save yourselves from this business, go elsewhere.
