I certainly wont be ordering again, cost me £10 in postage to deliver and return an item.

So as long as I don’t look at the size label I’m happy. They are comfortable, and wash & wear well. I found the return process was a little slow & trying as the return portal was not always accessible( & carriage seems to take forever) but had prompt & helpful responses when I emailed for help.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I paid extra for 1-2 days delivery. On day 3 I emailed two druids.com addresses seeking an update on my order. On day 4 emailed same two druids.com addresses. I never got a reply from anyone. Items eventually showed up thankfully but I will not use druids.com again given my first experience with them.
