The store resolved the issue immediately (thank you, Craig). The items I bought are of the highest quality and were very well and securely packed. The store's staff is very friendly and helpful, responding very quickly to any questions and providing customer service. Absolutely wonderful store. I highly recommend it!

What's not to love about this place
What's not to love about this place? I have just been to collect my Legacy of the Royals snare, which is a thing of sheer beauty, I must add! I emailed Phil laat week, like an excited schoolgirl, to let him know when I would be travelling the 7 hour trip up from Cornwall. I arrived at the shop 15 minutes after they opened and was greeted like an old friend and offered a fantastic cup of coffee. Like a kid at Christmas, i did the unboxing of the snare, marvelled in its magnificence, had the obligatory photo taken and then spent another half hour or so drooling over the rest of the shop. I could have had my snare shipped, saved myself fuel, 14 hours worth of driving and cost of overnight accommodation but a) I don't trust Cornish courier drivers and b) any excuse to visit this gem of a shop, which just happens to be owned by my drumming idol.
