These guys dispatched the products ordered quickly; however my son was excited about getting a drumshop mug with his drum pad, as advertised. The mug never turned up, and when I chased this up I never got a response either. My son was disappointed with this experience.

I recently bought a Sonor SQ1 kit from Drum Shop and it was one of the most fuss-free online purchase experiences I've had. The positive reviews here are all genuine because their service is second to none.

I had the privilege of dealing with Darren who took my order over the phone. Everything was plain sailing. The kit was placed on order for me and I got a call from Darren the day it arrived from Germany. I received the kit the next day via DPD. Talk about speedy.

If you're looking for anything drum related – even if you haven't a clue about drums – give them a call. They are super friendly, very helpful and really know their stuff. I believe they're all drummers themselves and that passion comes through. Highly recommended.

I spoke to Andy and he went above and beyond to find me the kit i wanted, the service was second to none and he even gave a follow up call to see if i was enjoying the kit! What a gent, I have previously used other online retailers but the personal touches from the shop made the whole experience feel more personal rather than just another number on a conveyor belt

They love you when you're spending the cash, but ignore you when you're not.

From bad to good. Though one particular order came with it's problems the drumshop was more than happy to acomodate and fix the problems as soon as possible and even threw in some free sticks to make up for it.

Wanted to purchase a Craviotto snare and was told they would contact me with prices they never did. Obviously they don’t need my custom, bad service I wouldn’t call them again.

Terrible experience I had at this place after been regular customer I have spent thousands here, finally I came across to buy a Yamaha recording custom had shipped to me, the drum had dames to the bass drum and floor tom. Basically the warehouse where they do all delivery they have packed up the drum in very poor way not protection around at all.. the bass drum box basically had nothing which could protect the shell from getting hit during the way to destination.. so once I revived the drum I discovered that bass and floor tom have been damaged do to the poor packaging. So I call Deumshop and I talk to the man who sold me the kits his name Darren chell such fake person he told be that he things and satisfied with the packaging so the are not libel to damages.. where they know beret when you shipping drums they must be packed in accurate way accorino the courier company and insurance requirements... any so mr Darren he was happy no not respond of any responsibility.. I just want to recommend anyone if you buy a drum snare anything like this don’t because if anything happens the are not willing to cover for the dames...

Ordered some hi hats emailed to upgrade the delivery. Was handled quickly by Ben.

I bought a Jojo Mayer Bass Pedal from them, after receiving a faulty pedal first off, I sent them many emails, all of which took at least 2 weeks for them to reply to. The second one that was sent to me was also faulty, I sent them about 3 emails before they bothered to reply, and some of my emails were completely ignored outright. When I returned this pedal I specifically asked fora refund, but they instead sent me a new one without telling me. On top of all of this they refused to give me a refund, all they did was give me store credit.

This was all made worse by the fact that I was being emailed from 3 different email accounts, so the whole thing got completely mixed up and it was impossible to find any emails I had sent or received.

Avoid this website at all costs.

You don't send existing customers a 25% discount voucher then change your mind when your half way through a purchase and expect to keep them after that. Drumshop sure ain't rock n roll.

I found this company very easy to use, as I recently re-skinned my entire drum kit. I did comparisons before hand, but I found drum-shop to do the best deals on tom-head packs. Satisfied with the product, delivery was reasonable but for £7 I would have liked to have got it a bit earlier, ordered on Wednesday morning, received it Monday. Had I got it Saturday, this would have been rated 5/5. As it is, good service and I would recommend this website for drum heads.
