I was pleasantly surprise by the service and end result of my replacement strap. Their customer service communicated and recommended the ideal length for my wrist. They have many option for straps, which is very good. When I received the strap, they gave the tools and showed me how to change the strap properly. The sewing was very fine. I am very pleased and highly recommend this shop.

I asked for two straps to be made that were impossible to find. One for my wife's Cartier Roadster and another for a Frederique Constant watch. She did a beautiful job on both at a very reasonable price and communication was great during the entire process.

They made a perfect quality watch strap. Far better than the original Bulgari strap as I had two before (both 40% higher in price) and both damaged within no time as the leather quality was not good.
This strap seems far stronger and a better part of the leather used. Thanks again
