Cheating
I ordered 5KG dry ice got 4kg. You guys are cheat. I place the entire box on a digital scale and the weight including packaging was 4.1 kg. Dont tell me that it evaporated during delivery.

Regarding the weight of the packaging, we appreciate you placing the box on a digital scale to verify the total weight, which was 4.1kg. While some minimal sublimation of dry ice can occur during the delivery process, it should not account for such a significant discrepancy.
