Amazing communication & delivery service!
I enquired with Dry Ice Makers very short notice on a Sunday for a dry ice order delivered the next day. They responded within 5 mins helping me with everything I needed and even communicating with the venue prior to my arrival on site to ensure everyone knew how to use it and where it would be stored etc. Such amazing service will deffo be using them for all future events!

Short notice weekend delivery
I had to order some dry ice with a short notice, for the next day delivery which was Saturday morning. Placed my request at 9:30 PM on Friday. 9:40 AM on Saturday my package was delivered.
Even though it was a small quantity my request was processed promptly with a fair price.
Will was grate in communication.

I googled and found this company near…
I googled and found this company near me and they were immediately responsive and helpful. I was talked through how to use the dry ice and what quantity was needed etc. On the day of my event the delivery was prompt and stored in the freezer. I was given advice on use and timeframes/storage of the ice.
The bonus was for a small fee they offer a delivery service, which was helpful for me on the day.
This is my go to company from now on, for sure. Many thank Will.

Amazing customer service
From the time I ordered my product to the delivery time. I was kept informed and I placed an order same day and I received my package 40mins later. Will delivered my package in no time and he took his time to explain the safety of he made sure I understood it all before he leaves and he also took his time to see how my last order went. Will was very informative/attentive throughout the whole process. He was punctual upon delivery too. The dry ice-gender reveal package, I ordered was easy to use, allowing the event to run smoothly. I will definitely use this company again & highly recommend him to all my clients, family & friends!

I went for the gender reveal package and liased with Will.
He was really helpful and informative. Out of kindness he also added extra ice to compensate for the journey between collection and actual use of the ice. Next day Will also followed up and I can say everyone loved the surprise!!
