IAVOID, AVOID, AVOID I ordered a drylos hairdryer, took ages to arrive, box damaged. A month after using it blows up, makes a loud bang and trips electrics. Emailed drylos to explain situation offering to return it for testing, they only ask my to video myself using the socket for another item then plug in the hairdryer and turn it on!!!!!.when I highlight how dangerous this is the reply I get is asking me if I plugged it in the bathroom, if my sockets are old, the in red letters they demand I plug it in again and video it.

I don't think my responses are from someone in the UK as they only respond at 7am, don't use correct grammar and are totally bizarre it's almost laughable.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Drylos.co.uk. After being enticed by their online marketing and purchasing the hair dryer, the entire process has been a headache.

The site claimed that shipment would happen within 3 days, but the package took 3 weeks to arrive. The promised 'Tracking information' was non-existent.

The item I received is not a branded Drylos hair dryer (but looks like a cheap replica). The box features no branding at all, and the minimal instructions included simply refer to it as the "Super Hair Dryer." Customer service response has been limited to email with completely unintelligible English. To make matters worse, since the purchase, I have been inundated with scam calls and emails, so my personal details were clearly sold on.

Save your money and stick to a reputable, well-established brand instead.
