Used Black Friday sale for a surveyor to survey areas in the dining room, where condensation are causing paint to fall off and plastered walls to crack. Mark surveyed the areas that were considered high risk of damp. Clear communications on what to expect what work will be done to fix it. Will await for the survey report and cost.
