I thought the watch was ok for its price, but when it stopped working and it was still in warranty the company kept fobbing me off saying someone will come back to me. This was an Instagram-advertised watch and I stupidly fell for it. Please learn from my example and avoid wasting money.

The watch is cheaply made. And their customer service stinks. Do not buy here , go somewhere reputable with good customer service policies! Smh 130.00 out the window
Their watch is a cheaply made plastic that you can easily buy on Amazon for less than half the price I bought the platinum pack with all the screen protectors and bands n extra cable.
Anyhow when I contacted them ant told them that for the price I was not happy with their product and wished to return it ,simply return it for money back they met me with all sorts of excuses. I only took it out of the package and wore it 1 day to find out how cheaply made and shantily it worked before contacting them. So I guess I will get no refund and am stuck with a crappy kids watch that I don't want for $130.00! I don't recommend purchasing anything with these guys. There are many other places that sell quality product and will stand behind it after purchasing. Overall I'd give them 0 stars if it was an option. Very displeased with everything from quality to customer service, to the way they stand behind their product.
