Great coat great customer service
I ordered a size M but it felt too big and roomy for my needs (I am 5'6 and size 12 and wanted it for dog walking, football mumming and rainy school runs as opposed to using as a changing robe) I emailed customer services and was issued a returns label immediately. I returned it and my replacement arrived within 2 day. The size S was a perfect fit. I absolutely love it. It is still roomy enough to be used as a changing robe but is more suitable for my needs that the larger size. The pockets are huge and the lining is soft and super warm. It keeps me dry and the hood stays in place in the wind. Best coat I've ever bought!!

My robe arrived promptly
My robe arrived promptly. I ordered the small equestrian robe so I can use it whilst doing the ponies if I choose to.
With the poppers down the sides it gives you more room if needed.
The fit is good on me and the quality of the fabric is excellent.
I just feel I need to break it in a bit as it seems stiff when the zip is done all the way up as it sits well under my chin. To help with this I just unzip it a bit at the bottom and this stops the problem.
I have also got a loose bit of thin elastic that has suddenly appeared in my left pocket don’t know how it’s come undone or what it’s supposed to be holding.

Hi this was great the large was too big for me but I return it and got a medium and it fits perfect I am about a size 16 women size and around 5.6 tall. The coat is lovely and warm and looks great the selves are full length and my fella got the large he's normally xlarge mens and 6ft

The best dry robe coat!
Fantastic customer service and a top of the range coat which is far better than the well known brand! This coat fits well and has a range of properly placed internal pockets, this coat is the Number 1.

From the moment I unwrapped my parcel I have been wearing my coat. So many uses, including dog walking, gardening, doing pony, cold river dipping. Wish I'd bought one earlier!
